THIS IS THE SOUND DOCTRINE OF OUR
LORD JESUS CHRIST
TODAY, PEOPLE ARE EXPERIENCING UNTOLD HARDSHIPS
AND PUNISHMENT BECAUSE OF THEIR WRONG
CALCULATIONS. THEY INSIST ON ATTRIBUTING ONLY TWO
DAYS AND TWO NIGHTS TO CHRIST'S SUFFERINGS.
"From that time on, Jesus began to say plainly to his
disciples, "I must go to Jerusalem and suffer much from the
elders, the chief priest and the teachers of the law. I will be
put to death, but three days later I be raised to life."
(MATTHEW 16:21)
Have you heard what the scriptures say, that receiving
this torture, in spirit and in flesh, means being redeemed and
being fully established in spirit. Today, people are
experiencing untold hardships and punishment because of
their wrong calculations. They insist on attributing only two
days and two nights to Christ's sufferings. They have bluntly
refused to accept the fact that he died and was in the circle
cave (the tomb), for three days and three nights and that
represents the baptism, the death and the resurrection. This
is the sound doctrine and that is why when they continue to
confuse people's mind they are punished. For the scripture
had warned, "Whosoever gives or receives and teaches
people the wrong side of it, and he and other people engage
in wrong practices, he will receive greater lashes and he will
be counted least in the kingdom. But whosoever happens to
receive the divine doctrine and has taught others and they
are following him and putting into practice the divine
doctrine, he will be counted as being greatest in kingdom of
God.” That is why the people of the world are least, and as
practioners of the truth and believers in his doctrine we are

the greatest. Besides we are teaching the people to mortify
the flesh, to undergo torture of the flesh and so as to die and
resurrect with Christ.

NOT ON THE FEAST DAY, LEST THERE BE
AN UPROAR OF THE PEOPLE.
THE JEWS NEVER WANTED TO CRUCIFY OUR LORD JESUS
CHRIST ON FRIDAY WHICH IS THE DAY OF THE PASSOVER,
NOR ON THE SABBATH DAY WHICH IS SATURDAY BECAUSE
THERE WOULD BE A TUMULT AND BECAUSE OF THIS
ANTICIPATED TUMULT, THEY HASTENED THE CRUCIFIXION
FOR THURSDAY.
MARK 14:1-2
“After two days was the feast of the Passover, and of
unleavened bread: and the chief priests and the scribes
sought how they might take him by craft, and put him to
death.
But they said, Not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar
of the people.”
Not on the feast day:
The real day of the feast of Passover according to the
Jewish tradition is Friday and it was this day that Our Lord
Jesus Christ referred to when He said two days to the day of
Passover. Now if Our Lord Jesus Christ celebrated the
Passover on Wednesday night, and thereafter he was
arrested, judged, and condemned to death on Thursday, do
you not see that the world’s claim that Our Lord Jesus Christ
died on Friday is wrong? As you have been told in the

scriptures, Saturday is the Sabbath, it means that Friday is
the day of Passover. The Jews never wanted to crucify Our
Lord Jesus Christ on Friday which is the day of the
Passover, nor on the Sabbath day which is Saturday because
there would be a tumult and because of this anticipated
tumult, they hastened the crucifixion for Thursday.

IS THERE ANY GOOD FRIDAY?
Behold Our Lord Jesus Christ as the sacrificial lamb for
the Passover, and avoiding the anticipated tumult that
would occur on Friday, the actual day of the Passover, they
preferred the crucifixion to be on Thursday. THIS IS IN
CONFORMITY WITH THE STATEMENT OF OUR LORD JESUS
CHRIST WHEN HE SAID THAT THE NATIONS SEEK A SIGN
AND NO OTHER SIGN WILL I GIVE THEM OTHER THAN THE
SIGN OF JONAH. FOR AS JONAH WAS IN THE BELLY OF THE
WHALE FOR THREE DAYS AND THREE NIGHTS, SO SHALL
THE SON OF MAN BE IN THE HEART OF THE EARTH FOR
THREE DAYS AND THREE NIGHTS. SO BRETHREN, JOIN
ME IN COUNTING THE THREE DAYS AND THREE
NIGHTS. THURSDAY DAYLIGHT IS ONE DAY, FRIDAY
DAY LIGHT IS THE SECOND DAY, AND SATURDAY,
DAYLIGHT IS THE THIRD DAY. STARTING WITH THE
NIGHT, WE HAVE THURSDAY NIGHT AS THE FIRST
NIGHT, FRIDAY NIGHT, AS THE SECOND NIGHT, AND
SATURDAY NIGHT AS THE THIRD NIGHT.
THIS IS TO RE-EMPHASIZE THAT OUR LORD JESUS
CHRIST IS THE TRUTH AND ALL HE SPOKE ARE THE
TRUTH. THIS IS ALSO WHY THE UTTERANCES OF OUR

LORD JESUS CHRIST ARE REGARDED AS WORDS OF
PROPHECY; AND WHAT IS MEANT BY PROPHETIC WORDS
ARE VERITABLE TRUTHS. THERE IS NO WORD UTTERED BY
OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST THAT WILL NOT BE FULFILLED.
THE WORLD HAS TURNED THIS TRUTH UPSIDE DOWN BY
SAYING THAT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST DIED ON FRIDAY
INSTEAD OF THURSDAY. BECAUSE THIS TRUTH IS HIDDEN
FROM THEM AND EXPOSED TO BROTHERHOOD OF THE
CROSS AND STAR, THEY ALWAYS MARVEL AT THE MODE
BROTHERHOOD DOES HER THINGS. THAT WAS WHY OUR
LORD JESUS CHRIST SAID, “BUT THE COMFORTER, WHICH
IS THE HOLY GHOST, WHOM THE FATHER WILL SEND IN MY
NAME, HE SHALL TEACH YOU ALL THINGS, AND BRING TO
YOUR REMEMBRANCE WHATSOEVER I HAVE SAID UNTO
YOU.” HE SAID THE COMFORTER, THE HOLY GHOST WILL
REVEAL HIS GLORY AND THE ENTIRE WORLD WILL KNOW
THAT THE GLORY BELONGS TO HIM. THIS GLORY DOES
NOT BELONG TO MAN OR ANGEL, BUT IT BELONGS TO THE
SON OF MAN, THE SON OF GOD AND GOD HIMSELF. IF THIS
KNOWLEDGE HAD DAWNED ON HUMANITY, THEY WOULD
HAVE HONORED AND KEPT THIS REMARKABLE DAY.

TRUE LOVE:
THERE IS NO OTHER PERSON THAT MAN SHOULD
LOOK UNTO APART FROM OUR LORD JESUS
CHRIST. CHRIST IS THE SOURCE OF OUR
SALVATION. HE IS THE PERFECTER OF ALL THINGS.
Humanity had never begged God to come and save them, but
God out of love came down to save humanity. Upon all that

Our Lord Jesus Christ did to save mankind there was no
thank you from any man but instead they regarded Christ as
a murderer and a sinner of the worst order. This attitude of
man did not stop Christ’s continual love for man. There is no
other person that man should look unto apart from Our Lord
Jesus Christ. Christ is the source of our salvation. He is the
perfecter of all things.

HOLY THURSDAY (PART 111)
THE IDENTITY OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRISTCHRIST
First Bible Lesson:
Luke 2:34-35
"And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother,
Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many
in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against.
(Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,)
that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed."
Second Bible Lesson: Luke 23:46
"And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said,
Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said
thus, he gave up the ghost."
Golden Text: John 19:34
"But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and
forthwith came there out blood and water."
Every person should sit down quietly and receive the
recondite wisdom that is brought to you. We do not have
much to reveal to you today, but it is to make known to you
that He is the one. Many people think that our Lord Jesus
Christ is known for healing the sick, raising the dead or
hanging on the Cross. These are not enough. The marrow of
it is what I want to reveal to you right now.
I have already told you that all the prophecies in the
Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, were about Christ. All the

dreams predictions of the prophets, visions, testimonies
which are contained in the Scriptures were all about Christ.
They do not refer to any other person. They are all fulfilled in
Him. That is why He says, heaven and earth shall pass away
but the Word of God shall not pass away until they are all
fulfilled. (Matt 24:34-35). He said that He did not come to
destroy but to fulfill (Matt 5:17) and that no prophecy shall
pass away until they are all consummated.
Father, Word and Holy Spirit Bear Record In Heaven
There are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the
Word, and the Holy Spirit. And these three are one. There
are also three that bear witness on earth, Water, Blood and
the Spirit. And these three agree in one. (1 John 5:7-8). That
is why He said that the one sent out by the Father speaks the
Word of God, and God does not give Him the Spirit by
measure. (John 3:34). It is said that earthly situations are
used in illustrating heavenly situations. (1 Cor 15:48). Why
was John enjoined to baptize people with water? Why are
you not just put inside the water of baptism, but you must
first confess your sins? The confession and the immersion in
water are one thing!
Institution of Baptism
Why did the Lord Jesus Christ go to John the Baptist to
be baptized? That was to confirm that there are three in
heaven: the Father, the Word and the Spirit, and there are
three on earth the water, the blood and the Spirit. And these
three are one. This explains why he says that whoever is not
born of the water and of the spirit, cannot enter into the
Kingdom of God. (John 3:5). That is why if you do not

confess all your sins, you cannot be baptized. Confession of
sin is one thing and the immersion in water is second. When
you are baptized, the Spirit is bestowed unto you. And so the
statement is fulfilled that there are three that bear witness
on earth; the water, the blood and the Spirit. And these three
are one.
Man, God, Spirit
You do not know the mystery in Brotherhood. First, He
is the Son of man, who symbolizes the blood. He is also the
Son of God, which is water. The Spirit which is given to you
is the Father. The three are completely one. The receiving
of baptism is the shedding of Blood. The day you are
baptized is the day you die with Christ. The water is the
blood of Christ. And when you come out of the water you
receive the Spirit. And these three are one. That is why
Simeon said that a sword shall pierce through his side and
the thoughts of many shall be revealed. This was when he
was taken for blessing as a child. On his crucifixion when he
was pierced at the side, there came out water and blood.
This was to indicate that He was the One. The water, blood
and the Spirit in him confirmed that he was the Son of God,
the Christ of God.
First Bible Lesson:
Luke 2:34-35

Brethren, have you heard that? No matter what you do, if
you do not confess your sins and then receive the Holy Spirit,
it profits you nothing. Many people argue that they cannot
come to Brotherhood because they have already been
baptized, because they are bishops, and they have their own
church denominations. They will perish, because our Lord
Jesus Christ says: “Whoever believes and is baptized shall be
saved; but he who does not believe shall be damned. And
these signs shall follow them that believe; in my name shall
they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; they
shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing it
shall not hurt them; they shall lay their hands on the sick,
and they shall recover."(Mark 16:16-18). Have you not
noticed that He is here on earth? Right from the day that you
reject all the things of this world and refrain from sins, and
receive baptism, it means that you have died with Christ.
Right from that day you have the Holy Spirit, and you are no
more in the world. You are in heaven and these signs must
all be fulfilled in you.
If You Die With Him, You Will Be Glorified With Him
If you do not die with our Lord Jesus Christ, how will you
rise with Him, and how will you receive the Holy Spirit? It is
the Spirit that does all the work here. We cannot do anything
on our own because we are nothing. It is the Spirit that does
everything. What we have to do is to remember Him. We
have forsaken the things of the world and so we should not
go back to them. Let our second Lesson be read so that it
may be revealed to you that He is the One.

Second Bible Lesson: Luke 23:46
"And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, He said,
Father, into thy hands I commend My Spirit; and having said
thus, He gave up the Ghost."
Have you heard that? It was prophesied through David
that his bones would not be broken. (Ps.34:20) That is why
he commended his Spirit into the Father's hands. If he did not
die, the soldier would have broken his legs. (John 19:36).
And our Lord Jesus Christ would have been limping after His
resurrection.
The Trinity of God
Brethren, that is the Triune God. It is said that there are
three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word and
the Spirit, these three are one! On earth there are three that
also bear the record, the water, the blood and the Spirit, and
these three are one. These three are the Father, Himself.
Are they not the same Father? That is the trinity of God.
If you are drained of water in your body, you are dead. If
there is water in you but no blood, you are equally dead. If
there is water and blood in you but no Spirit you are equally
dead. These three are one. But you argue that the Father is
not on earth. Who are these three? If you say that God is not
on earth, who are all the people you find around you? Before
we read our golden text read l John 5:7-8; “For there are
three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and
the Holy Ghost: and these three are One. And there are three
that bear witness in earth, the Spirit and the Water, and the

Blood: and these three agree in One.”
These three refer to the same person when He is on
earth. That is why Simeon said that a sword shall pierce
through His side that the thoughts of many may be revealed.
Golden Text: John 19:34

Even if we spend hours and days it does not matter,
because we have no business with hours or days or time.
Our business is to reveal the glory of the Father. Compare
what we read in l John 5:7 that the Father, the Word and the
Spirit bear record in heaven and these three are one, with
the golden text, that his side was pierced and there came
forth water and blood. And it is said that there are three that
bear witness on earth, the water, the blood and the Spirit.
And these three are one. Are these three signs not fulfilled
in Him? Have you any doubts again about Him?
Blood From The Riven Side
If that soldier did not pierce His side, how would people
know that He was the One? If He did not shout out saying,
“Father into thy hands I commend my Spirit,” (Luke 23:46)
how would people know that there is such a thing as the
Spirit? Have you not observed that all the writings in the
Bible refer to Him? Simeon spoke about Him. John spoke
about Him. The soldiers were fulfilling what was written
about Him. Everything in the Scriptures refers to Him.
That is why here in Brotherhood we operate with Blood

and the Word. Wherever you go to and you do not find water,
Holy oil and the Word of God, depart from there. The Holy Oil
represents the blood. The Word of God is the Spirit and the
water represents the Christ. If somebody tells you that He
does not want the holy water, it means that he does not want
the holy oil, it means that he does not want the Blood of
Christ. If He tells you that He does not want the Spirit, leave
such a person alone because He is a child of perdition.
These three elements, the water, the blood and the
Spirit are used in Brotherhood. And the three are one.
You take injections and other forms of medications, but there
is no other thing used here except the water and the blood
which came forth from His side, and the Spirit which is the
gospels we receive.(John6:63). When you take medications
and apply concoctions on your body and suffer and die, you
complain you have come to die in Brotherhood. Your death is
caused by the foreign materials which you have introduced
into your body, and yet your body is the temple of the Holy
Spirit. (1 Cor 3:16/6:19). Refrain from all forms of
medications and concoctions and rely on the three things
used here in Brotherhood, the water, the blood and the Spirit.
Right from this day, do not regard the water and the holy
oil as anything else. The holy water and the holy oil are the
water and blood which came forth from the side of our Lord
Jesus Christ.
Believe in these; for these, together with the Spirit, are the
three that operate in this Kingdom of God.
Brethren, I will not take you further than this. He who
has ears, let him hear. May God Bless His Words for us.

THE UNVEILING OF PAST EVENTS IN
RELATION TO HUMAN SALVATION
THE CRUCIFIXION OF OUR LORD JESUS
CHRIST:
FIRST BIBLE LESSON: JOHN 13:11:
“Now before the feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew
that his hour was come that he should depart out of this
world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in
the world, he loved them unto the end.”
SECOND BIBLE LESSON: MARK 14:1-2
“After two days was the feast of the Passover, and of
death.
of the people.”

GOLDEN TEXT: MATTHEW 26:17-18
“Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the
disciples came to Jesus, saying unto him, Where wilt thou
that we prepare for thee to eat the Passover?
And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto
him, The Master saith, My time is at hand; I will keep the
Passover at thy house with my disciples.”
Brethren, that is the revelation. Note the portions just
read out to you. Just as you have heard, those were the
perfect utterances of Our Lord Jesus Christ. They signify the
preparation of Our Lord Jesus Christ to leap through the last
hurdle of his assignment that all of you should be here today
to be intimated with the events of that particular period. The
whole world is invited to come and listen to the unveiling of
past events as they occurred in the week of the crucifixion
and also come to be acquainted with the manner in which
humanity got its salvation.
Many people in the entire world suffer accidental death
and some are unaware of the time of their deaths. There is
no human being in the entire world who will not cause
trouble if he is aware of the time of his death. But Our Lord
Jesus Christ was aware of the time of His death. Even then,
He humbly endured the hard period and attended every
situation with love. The story of this King is inexhaustible.
The love of Our Lord Jesus Christ for humanity has no
comparison and it is greater than that of the world.
He is Our Lord Jesus Christ, benefactor and redeemer.
If the whole world were to know this, they would have
thanked Him, revered Him, and sang His glory always, and
also the world would have regarded Him as somebody to be
proud about. All our needs are satisfied by Him. It is not the
love of money, clothes, shoes, and language, but His love is

an eternal one. His love is so profound that He gave up His
life so that we might have life.
THE FEAST OF PASSOVER:
What I want all of you to take cognizance of is the day
He was hanged on the cross for the sake of our sins. This is
why we have to WATCH AND PRAY and celebrate the
Passover EVERY WEDNESDAY NIGHT. Many people think
that it is out of hunger that we eat bread, banana and
groundnut on that night. They are completely unaware that
it is in commemoration of that great day of the last supper.
AN EFIK ADAGE HAS IT THAT WHEN THE CAUSE LOSES IT
REASON, IT QUARRELS. IF YOU FORGET WHERE YOU HAD
SALVATION, YOU ARE BOUND TO STUMBLE AND FALL.
The Passover celebrated by the Jews had a beginning and a
reason. During the time of Abraham, there was no
celebration of the Passover. In the time of Isaac, there was
no Passover celebration. In the time of Jacob, there was no
Passover celebration. Even when the Israelites were in
Egypt, there was no Passover.
When did the Passover celebration begin? It started
after four hundred years when the Israelites had been under
slavery in Egypt. This Passover started after Moses had
displayed all his miracles before Pharaoh, but Pharaoh
refused to let the Israelites go out of Egypt. When all
avenues to get Pharaoh to release the children of Israel from
Egypt had failed, God instructed Moses to direct all
Israelites in Egypt to slaughter a ram each and smear the
ram’s blood on their door posts.
This Passover was celebrated to make the death that
was to plague the people of Egypt to be of no effect on the
Israelites. The following morning corpses were found
everywhere in Egypt. All the first borns in Egyptian homes

died, including Pharaoh’s son. Directly after this incident,
Pharaoh allowed all the children of Israel to leave Egypt
under the leadership of Moses. From that day, anniversaries
of this Passover became a yearly event.
Brethren, note that what is worth honoring and
worshiping must strictly be observed. If the children of
Israel who never believed in God strictly observed the
anniversary of the Passover in remembrance of the day they
were released from bondage in Egypt, how much more those
who were redeemed from the bondage of Satan? This is why
every year, we must commemorate the day we were
emancipated from sin and also show appreciation for the
love Our Lord Jesus Christ has for humanity. It is at this time
also that we have to expatiate to you all the events of that
particular period.
WE ARE NOT HERE TO SERVE THE GOVERNMENT, MAN
OR ANGEL, BUT WE ARE HERE TO SHOW APPRECIATION
FOR THE LOVE OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST HAD FOR
HUMANITY. THIS IS AN EVENT WHICH SHOULD NOT HAVE A
BEGINNING NOR AN END. IT SHOULD BE AN INFINITE
CELEBRATION BY HUMANITY TO SHOW APPRECIATION TO
GOD FOR THE LOVE OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST HAD FOR
THE SONS OF MEN. THE LESSON SAYS THAT IT WAS TWO
DAY TO THE FEAST OF PASSOVER AND I ASK, COUNT FROM
THIS DAY AND SEE WHETHER IT IS NOT REALLY TWO DAYS
THAT IS REMAINING IN COMPLIANCE WITH WHAT IS READ
OUT.

THE SECOND DAY, AND SATURDAY, DAYLIGHT IS THE
THIRD DAY. STARTING WITH THE NIGHT, WE HAVE
THURSDAY NIGHT AS THE FIRST NIGHT, FRIDAY NIGHT, AS
THE SECOND NIGHT, AND SATURDAY NIGHT AS THE THIRD
NIGHT.
THIS IS TO RE-EMPHASIZE THAT OUR LORD JESUS
CHRIST IS THE TRUTH AND ALL HE SPOKE ARE THE
TRUTH. THIS IS ALSO WHY THE UTTERANCES OF OUR
LORD JESUS CHRIST ARE REGARDED AS WORDS OF

PROPHECY; AND WHAT IS MEANT BY PROPHETIC WORDS
ARE VERITABLE TRUTHS. THERE IS NO WORD UTTERED BY
OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST THAT WILL NOT BE FULFILLED.
THE WORLD HAS TURNED THIS TRUTH UPSIDE DOWN BY
SAYING THAT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST DIED ON FRIDAY
INSTEAD OF THURSDAY. BECAUSE THIS TRUTH IS HIDDEN
FROM THEM AND EXPOSED TO BROTHERHOOD OF THE
CROSS AND STAR, THEY ALWAYS MARVEL AT THE MODE
BROTHERHOOD DOES HER THINGS. THAT WAS WHY OUR
LORD JESUS CHRIST SAID, “BUT THE COMFORTER, WHICH
IS THE HOLY GHOST, WHOM THE FATHER WILL SEND IN MY
NAME, HE SHALL TEACH YOU ALL THINGS, AND BRING TO
YOUR REMEMBRANCE WHATSOEVER I HAVE SAID UNTO
YOU.” HE SAID THE COMFORTER, THE HOLY GHOST WILL
REVEAL HIS GLORY AND THE ENTIRE WORLD WILL KNOW
THAT THE GLORY BELONGS TO HIM. THIS GLORY DOES
NOT BELONG TO MAN OR ANGEL, BUT IT BELONGS TO THE
SON OF MAN, THE SON OF GOD AND GOD HIMSELF. IF THIS
KNOWLEDGE HAD DAWNED ON HUMANITY, THEY WOULD
HAVE HONORED AND KEPT THIS REMARKABLE DAY.
THE ADAGE SAYS A MAN COULD NOT KNOW HIS MOTHER
BUT THROUGH HIS FATHER. SO IT IS THAT BUT FOR THIS
REMARKABLE DAY, THE ENTIRE WORLD WOULD PERISH
BUT NOW THE ENTIRE WORLD SEES THAT OUR REIGN,
SALVATION, REDEMPTION AND JOY STARTED FROM THIS
PARTICULAR DAY. IT IS ON SUCH AN OCCASION THAT OUR
LORD JESUS CHRIST TOLD THE DISCIPLES THAT THE
WORLD WOULD REJOICE AND THEY THE DISCIPLES WOULD
MOURN. THE GREAT MOURNING YOU HEARD STARTED
TODAY- THE DAY HE, OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST
CELEBRATED THE LAST PASSOVER. HE DECIDED TO
CELEBRATE THE PASSOVER ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT

BECAUSE HE KNEW THE PLAN OF THE JEWS TO KILL HIM.
IT WAS REFERRED TO AS THE LAST SUPPER BECAUSE IT
WAS THE LAST FOOD HE TOOK WITH HIS DISCIPLES.
THE LAST OF CHRIST FOR HUMANITY:
To show the depth of love Our Lord Jesus Christ had for
humanity, He did not get grieved about the ordeal He had to
face, and He did not get annoyed with His disciples. He also
did not question God why He should be exposed to such an
ordeal. He demonstrated His love for man on this day and He
enjoined His disciples to dwell in this love. As He loved us,
He did not reject us nor ex-communicate us from His
kingdom. As He gives us life and does not hate us, the same
He has enjoined you to do to your fellow human being. Christ
saw as God wanted to destroy the entire world. He was in
heaven as king of all the angels. When the Father God
wanted to destroy the world, Our Lord Jesus Christ pleaded
with Him not to do so.
I want you to listen so that you may comprehend the
glory of the Son of Man, the Son of God and God Himself.
People are prompted to ask why all these glories should be
given to Our Lord Jesus Christ. Does it mean that there was
no other person? The simple answer is that He was the only
person who volunteered to love and also die for the sins of
the world, to redeem man and unite man with God. Without
Christ, nothing could have remained in this world. All would
have been destroyed by God.
When the voice from heaven asked for the one to go and
save mankind, there was perfect silence in Heaven. You all
are witnesses to the position Our Lord Jesus Christ held as
King of all the angels and what do you think would
necessitate His coming down to the world to expose Himself
to all the torments and persecutions He experienced. It is

only love which motivated Him. When He saw the state of
Heaven when this question was asked, He felt a lot of pity
for humanity, and He was filled with mercy, and so He
accepted to go and save the world.
There is an adage which says that the owner of the
corpse holds the head. Because of the love Christ had for
the Father, He decided to come down on earth to save
humanity. Thus the Father was grieved that His only
begotten Son was going to face a fatal ordeal for the sake of
mankind. When you read the scriptures, you will see where
God regretted having created man. God saw that man was a
very treacherous animal and he had not lived according to
the injunctions of God, and for this God decided to destroy
the whole of humanity.
GOD IS EVER DWELLING WITH MAN ON EARTH:
At no time has God ever left the world. God has been
with mankind throughout. At a time, God sent Enoch to the
world to see whether man has borne the desired fruits. When
Enoch reported to God that man had gone out of the way,
God regretted having created man. Brethren, you see the
events that had prevailed and this prompted God again to
send Noah. God, because of His love for man, sent Noah to
preach for one hundred and twenty years, but nobody paid
any heed to his teachings. Finally, Noah was asked to get
into the ark with a pair of everything created by God, (male
and female). Noah, his wife and children totaling eight and
all the other creatures were the only creatures that were
saved from the deluge. The world then started again, when it
was re-established but it soon deteriorated even worse than
before. It was just the rejuvenation of the old stock. I will
now tell you of the story of Sodom and Gomorrah that you
have heard of.

When Noah was still in the former world, he got drunk
and he became naked. When the first son saw Noah, he
laughed at him. When the second son saw him, he covered
his father’s nakedness. When Noah regained consciousness
he was told of what transpired and he became angry. This
prompted him to abuse the first son. That is why it is said
that though hands be joined together, the sinner will not
escape punishment. That is why you are told to evade sinful
actions. Sodom and Gomorrah were filled with the sons,
daughters, grandsons and granddaughters of first son of
Noah. This was in fulfilment of the scriptural saying that the
iniquity of the fathers shall be visited upon the children and
unto the third and fourth generations of them that hate me.
The population of the world today and the riches in the
world mean nothing to God. Take a lesson from what
happened to Sodom and Gomorrah with their people and
their riches which did not debar God from executing His plan
for that sinful world. The scripture says that the token of
remembrance for any person is cut off from the father.
Brethren do not compare your material achievement
with the word of God. They have no part to play as far as the
execution of God’s plan is concerned. The happening in
Sodom and Gomorrah was what was used to remember the
word of God which was fulfilled in the first son of Noah. The
destruction of the first world of Noah and the second world
of Sodom and Gomorrah motivated Our Lord Jesus Christ to
accept to come down to the world to redeem mankind. God
seeing the hostile reception to be given His only begotten
Son, asked Him not to go for man will never change, but His
Son begged the Father to allow Him to go so that the world
might be saved. The Father wept for the only begotten son
for accepting to die for man who really will never change his

evil ways. At last he came in human form with all
determination within His power to change but no man
listened to Him. No matter how sinful man was, God never
imputed any sins on man. He used love to prevail in all ways
to redeem man from his sinful nature. Because he knew
man, He never judged man, and no matter what reports went
to Him, He overlooked all because His mission was for
redemption and not judgement. That is why He said, “Come
unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give
you rest.” People said that Our Lord Jesus Christ is a friend
of sinners. Yes He is, for it is because of this that He came
to the world. Read the first Bible Lesson again.
FIRST BIBLE LESSON: JOHN 13:1
“ Now before the feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew
that his hour was come that he should depart out of this
world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in
the world, he loved them unto the end.”
Brethren, what you must go with is what is read out to
you. Get the statement of our Lord Jesus Christ perfectly
absorbed. Though sinful we are, Christ still loves us. He was
not worried about all the ordeals He was made to face by
man. It was not because of the perfection of man and the
twelve disciples that made Him to endure the ordeals He
had to face but because of the scriptural sayings that the
love works no ill to his neighbor. Christ does not love the
people of the world because they were well behaved
towards Him, nor because they loved Him, but Christ loved
mankind because it is the purpose for which he came. Christ
knew the behavior of man and Christ did not love man
because man behaved well but He could have evaded death,
but if He did His mission would have been defeated.
During the last supper, Judas Iscariot left them and led

in the Jews who were to arrest Him. This was because Our
Lord Jesus Christ could not be identified among His
disciples. The Jews asked who it was who bore the name
Jesus Christ. Our Lord Jesus Christ answered that He bore
that name. Think about that man who had no physical
weapons of war but when the soldiers who came to arrest
Him met Him, and asked of Him, He answered that He was
the wanted one. The soldiers then fell on the ground with all
their implements of war. Think of the love Christ had for
mankind by surrendering His life as a ransom for our sins.
Many people say, when they do any good turn, they are
always repaid with evil and I ask, what did Our Lord Jesus
Christ do to humanity to warrant His death? Our Lord Jesus
Christ came to redeem humanity from the shackles of sin,
suffering, death and all the maladies of life, but despite all
these good gestures, humanity conspired and had Him
killed. Though all maltreatments were meted out to Him, His
love remained unalloyed. His love remains the same
yesterday, tomorrow and forever.
Christ had loved us before the foundation of the world
was laid. He is still loving us and He does not impute sins on
us and this is the kind of love He has enjoined humanity to
go and observe. Christ gives life, preaches His sermon and
he bestows all good things of life to humanity freely. Christ
does not seek our appreciation. Whatever humanity does to
offend, He does not count it against them but he remains in
love with humanity. Christ does not disgrace, ex-
communicate, and He is not partial.
That is why you should not imitate any other person
apart from Christ. Do not look unto Moses, Abraham, Isaac
and Jacob, for it was not written of them to do this work of
love. Our Lord Jesus was the one who was to do this work of

love and it is only on Christ that we must look unto. Do not
be tired of well doing and do not complain that whatever you
do, people do not see you. This advice is given to you
because you are not working for anybody but for God alone.
Humanity had never begged God to come and save
them, but God out of love came down to save humanity.
Upon all that Our Lord Jesus Christ did to save mankind
there was no thank you from any man but instead they
regarded Christ as a murderer and a sinner of the worst
order. This attitude of man did not stop Christ’s continual
love for man. There is no other person that man should look
unto apart from Our Lord Jesus Christ. Christ is the source
of our salvation . He is the perfecter of all things. Read our
second lesson.
SECOND BIBLE LESSON: MARK 14:1-2
“ After two days was the feast of the Passover, and of
death.
of the people.”
Brethren, count for yourselves and see whether it is not
two days before the day of Passover. Wednesday, one
Thursday, two. This is done to show you that Our Lord Jesus
Christ and His words are true. He said that when the
Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost , whom the Father will
send in my name comes, he shall teach you all things, and
bring to you whatsoever I have said unto you. Knowing that
everything had been planned, He decided to have His last
supper with His disciples on Wednesday. In other words, this
could be called a send-off party. By His drinking of the cup of
vinegar, He took away all the sins of humanity.

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE PASSOVER:
I want to know the significance of this feast we
conduct in all the bethels. Though some people normally
refuse to partake of the feast, Christ said that anybody who
fails to drink of the cup and eat of the bread He was going to
give, shall not have everlasting life.
People are always wondering why they are hated,
immediately they come to Brotherhood of the Cross and
Star. Let this be clear to you today that since you drank the
blood and ate the flesh of Our Lord Jesus Christ, you cannot
be exempted here. If you do not partake of this meal, you
are not a member of Brotherhood of the Cross and Star.
When Our Lord Jesus Christ had not taken the cup, nobody
could lay hold on Him or kill Him. There are two secrets in
this kingdom which and they are the sources of our power.
You are exposed to all disgraceful situations in life when
you enter Brotherhood of the Cross and Star because of
these two secrets. Why are you afraid that man can harm
you when you are in Brotherhood? The immunity hangs on
these secrets. When the mother of the two sons of Zebedee
came to ask Our Lord Jesus Christ to allow her sons to stay
one on His right hand and the other on the left hand, she
was informed that it was meant for those the Father had
destined, though they could drink of the cup and have the
baptism He had. The baptism you have here in Brotherhood
is the first secret. It means dying with Christ and rising with
Christ. Partaking of the cup means hanging all the sins of
the world on you. As He surrendered His life for humanity,
you should also endeavor to do so to your fellow man. From
the day you had your baptism, the life you have now
becomes a life to glorify God alone. You are no more of
yourself, but you are of Christ. Christ died once and after

that He rose and conquered death. The same thing
happened when you are baptized, which indicates dying and
rising with Christ. This automatically makes you able to
conquer death. Being immersed in water means dying with
Christ and going out of water means rising into eternal life.
Partaking of the feast we do here in Brotherhood of the
Cross and Star means you have taken upon yourself the sins
of humanity and you are thereby ready at any moment to
surrender your life for their freedom.
Directly, you partake of the feast and drink of the cup,
you become looked upon as Beelzebub, the worst person in
the society, even your wife in the house sees you that way.
When our Lord Jesus Christ had not taken the feast and
drunk of the cup nobody could do anything to Him. Even your
houseboy could abuse you and you on your part should not
retaliate because you have taken of the cup and you have
volunteered to surrender your life for the freedom of
humanity. All sorts of disgrace, maltreatments, and
accusations leveled against members of Brotherhood of the
Cross and Star are because they had drunk of the cup and so
they have taken upon them the sins of the world and they
are ready to surrender their lives for the freedom of their
fellow men.
That night our Lord Jesus Christ suffered and His sweat
turned to blood. One time during that period, He said that
the spirit was willing but the flesh was weak. That is why
today when because of persecutions you complain that it is
too much for you to bear, since you have taken the cup with
Christ and you volunteered to die to restore your fellow man,
there is nothing you can do. It is too late to complain. Since
Christ has conquered you too have conquered. Since Christ
has surrendered His life for the salvation of humanity,

endeavor to also surrender your lives for the salvation of
your fellow men. There is no going back in this assignment.
Since Christ has conquered death, you have also conquered
death, and since Christ is life, you are also full of life. The
feast you partake here in Brotherhood gives you life and
power, and “eating my flesh and drinking my blood” which
Our Lord Jesus Christ talked of.
From time to time the Father passes through
mysterious ways to perform His will in the world but this
knowledge is hidden from man. It is said that whosoever
believes and is baptized is saved but whosoever does not
believe is condemned. Nobody forces you to be baptized but
you should accept baptism yourself. From the day you
submit to be baptized, you are dead, and coming out of the
water means rising to eternal life. Your baptism surrenders
you to the Father and the Father from then has the right to
use you for all things glorious unto Him. When God asked
Cain and Abel to make sacrifices unto Him, and Abel used
fattest ram, Abel failed to know that he was offering Christ
Himself. If Abel had not used the ram for sacrifice to God,
Christ would not have been killed.
Indirectly he surrendered himself as the sacrificial
lamb. If Our Lord Jesus Christ had not gone to John for
baptism, He would not have surrendered Himself as a
sacrificial lamb. If our Lord Jesus Christ had not taken the
cup, nobody could have killed Him. Since Christ died and
rose, death no longer has power over Him. Though He drank
of the sins of humanity and died, He rose and forever
overcomes death. The life we are now living is in God. If Our
Lord Jesus Christ had not taken the cup, nobody could have
killed him. He would have lived for years and nobody would
have touched Him and man would have perished with his

sins. Brethren, let us hear the Golden Text.
GOLDEN TEXT: MATTHEW 26:17-18
“Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the
disciples came to Jesus, saying unto him, Where wilt thou
that we prepare for thee to eat the Passover?
And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto
him, The Master saith, My time is at hand; I will keep the
Passover at thy house with my disciples.”
THE DAY OF PASSOVER:
Today is that day, for our Lord Jesus Christ offered that
statement of this same day. This is to make you know that
this Passover was not prepared in a church or prayer houses
nor in the bush, but He simply told the disciples to go to the
city and to a certain man’s house. They did not take any
bread with them. Where do you think the bread for the feast
of Passover will come from? Again Christ said, “He who eats
with me in the same dish,” and I ask do you eat in the same
dish with people? While we are here the Passover feast is
being prepared and you have partaken of the Passover with
him. Christ said, “Whoever shall break one of these least
commandments and shall teach men so, shall be called the
least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and
teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of
heaven. (Matt 5: 29)
This feast is not celebrated because we have money or
because we are worthy, it is not performed for our well
being, but it is done for a remembrance and also for people
who were not there that day to know what happened. It is
said that when one sees a corpse, definitely tears must
come out of the eyes. You can now see that Christ was not
crucified on Friday, but on Thursday to avoid a tumult among

the people. You will also note that this Passover was not
prepared on that Wednesday, but in advance, and this
further confirms the words of Christ to be the veritable truth.
This afternoon of the Passover started and according the
Jewish way of counting time, Thursday started a minute
after 6pm of Wednesday evening and that was the start of
His sore trial. If you partake if this feast at 5pm or 6pm it is
not the Passover.
After 6pm the Passover takes place. If one dies and he
is buried and you do not pour libation right in front of him,
you have not poured it to him. If a man dies on Monday and
when you want to remember him, you do it on Tuesday, you
are wrong. That is why we do exactly what happened on
that day at the appropriate time whether humanity believes
or not. This shows that Christ is the same today, tomorrow
and forever.
The disciples asked Our Lord Jesus Christ where the
Passover would be prepared and the same question has
come up today. Do not term this question as was asked by
the Jews and the Greeks but regard it as asked by you now.
This question also goes to all Christendom: Where are you
going to prepare the Passover? The Son of Man is going into
His glory and are we not to prepare the Passover? It is not
calling Jesus, Jesus , Lord of lords and King of Kings but go
into the world and ask of where the Passover will be
prepared? The direct answer is that you should go into the
city and enter into a man’s house and make him know that
the teacher wants a place prepared for the Passover.
THE TRUTH HAS COME TO STAY:
That is why Brotherhood of the Cross and Star is called
Christ Universal Spiritual School of Practical Christianity.
Nothing is added or subtracted and there is no studying but

a practical demonstration of the truth of things. As God has
rightly said, any person who adds any word to His word of
prophecy will have all the afflictions in the Bible and he will
have his name removed from the book of life. Here in
Brotherhood of the Cross and Star nobody adds and
subtracts and this is why Our Lord Jesus Christ said that the
Comforter will reveal to you all the truth. It is wrong to say
that Leader O.O. Obu said this or that but say that Our Lord
Jesus Christ said it. That is why when people read through
our publications, they would tell you that the Leader had
confirmed that He is not Christ and now what are you talking
about? It is Christ who had said, continues to say and will
say everything forever.
The Passover will be prepared and eaten tonight and as
soon as you eat it, you have taken upon yourself the sins of
the world and you will surrender your lives as ransom for the
salvation of the world as our Lord Jesus Christ did. That is
why on Wednesday nights we have Bible Class, watch and
pray till 3am; 6am on Thursdays starts the fasting depicting
the time He nailed to the cross. We have no other work to do
but to unveil the events of that day to those who were not
there. You have been there when this event happened and
that is why it is always said that we of the olden times have
come back again. If you were not there, then how do you
come by these names of pastor, prophet, apostle, and
evangelist? Many of you do not know why you are placed in
these positions. It is exactly what happened in the past that
is re-established and a fulfilment of the proclamation of Our
Lord Jesus Christ when He said that the Comforter shall
teach you all things, and bring all things to your
remembrance whatsoever I have said unto you.
And God had set some in the Church, first Apostle,

second Prophets, thirdly teachers, after these miracles, then
gifts of healing, helpers of governments, diversities of
tongues (Ist Corinthians 12:28 ) and this is what you are
seeing today done in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, and
falling in line with what Our Lord Jesus Christ had said when
He said that the Comforter will open to you all the truth. All
that you have seen is the revelation of the glory of Our Lord
Jesus Christ, and not the glory of anybody else. You should
not look for your personal glory but that of Our Lord Jesus
Christ. What is done here in Brotherhood of the Cross and
star is what had been done, it is what we have to do and will
be done forever. It is sorrowful that many members of
Brotherhood do not partake in the Watch and pray and the
feast we conduct daily but they rather say that God dwells
in their hearts.
Have you not heard what He said? He said whoever
does drink of my blood and eat of my flesh will have eternal
life. Again Our Lord Jesus said to His disciples: If you watch
with me for an hour and if you watch and pray you will not
enter into temptation.
Did the disciples not enter into temptation? Yes they
did because they did not watch and Pray. Our Lord Jesus
Christ was arrested at 3am on Thursday, and this is the
reason why we observe a vigil night every Wednesday to
watch and pray until 3am the following day, Thursday,
from 3am unto 6am when our Lord Jesus Christ was
tortured. This is exactly how we conduct our system so that
nothing is added or subtracted. At 9am Christ was nailed on
the Cross and at 3pm He shouted and gave up His Ghost and
finally at 6pm His body was removed and placed in the tomb
by Joseph of Arimathaea. If you take stock of what
happened to Christ on the cross you will realize that Our

Lord Jesus Christ deserves to be worshiped, honored and
respected and we should worship Him with reverence by
refraining from sin. Here in Brotherhood of the Cross and
Star people say that we are worshiping man. WE WORSHIP
GOD AND WE HONOR GOD.
If you say you are Brotherhood and you are not here this
night, what Brotherhood are you? If you say that you were
here for the Pentecostal Assembly and today you are not
partaking in this great feast, which type of Pentecostal are
you coming to attend? Can you now see people claiming to
be in Brotherhood for twenty years without deriving any
benefits? If you preach and teach others to practice same
you are the highest. Some Bethels do not keep watch and
pray at all, while in others they do it and stop at 1am, Is that
Watch and Pray? Some Bethels do it without feast. Is that
what I teach you? Is that watch and Pray? Even here before
some pastors, Apostles etc. do not come to watch and pray.
Is that the way you can reward Christ?
This manner will continue forever. Dear Brethren, I do
not want to be tedious unto you, those who have ears let
them hear. May God add blessings to His Holy Words- Amen.

FIRST BIBLE LESSON: MATTHEW 12:40
In the same way that Jonah spent three days and three

nights in the belly of the fish, so shall the son of man spend
three days and three nights in the depths of the earth.
SECOND BIBLE LESSON: MATTHEW 16:21
From that time on Jesus began to say plainly to the
disciples, I must go to Jerusalem and suffer much from the
elders, the chief priest and teachers of the law. I will be put
to death but three days later I will be raised to life.
GOLDEN TEXT: JOHN 2:19-20
Jesus answered, “Tear down this temple and in three
days I will build it again." "Are you going to build it again in
three days?" They asked him, "It has taken forty-six years to
build this temple."
Many of you become surprised when we talk about 72
hours dry fasting. You wonder how this will happen, but I
want to tell you that you will enjoy the best part of it once
you start observing it. That is why whatever we do in
Brotherhood does not come from individuals as a matter of
pride, challenge, and not because of your academic wisdom
but all that we do here is what we accept to do having
realized that we are serving our Lord. REMEMBER HE HAS
SAID THAT ONE WITH A DIVIDED MIND CANNOT SERVE
GOD. HE AGAIN SAID THAT ONE HAS TO PUT NEW WINE
INTO NEW WINE SKIN BEFORE IT CAN BE MOST
PRESERVED. The arrangements we are talking about have
eluded the entire world. It has confounded the knowledge of
the entire inhabitants of the world. We must strive to
worship Him in spirit and in truth.
For this reason, he said unto His disciples, it is difficult for
those who believe in material wealth to enter the kingdom of
God. In the same manner, some of you here go about
lamenting, wondering what has brought you to BCS, and you
forget the scriptures which say that those who devote their

minds to material wealth will not have access to the
kingdom of God. It is not cars, children, money that brought
you into this kingdom? That is why when you ponder on
these things and the fact that they are not yet within your
reach, you look morose and cry all the time. At times you
pretend that these things do not bother you, but I tell you, of
a truth you are deceiving yourself. This is so because as
long as you continue to bother yourself, you are in earnest
leaving your whole consciousness where your wealth and
money is piled up. Recall what happened between Peter and
his Master, Our Lord Jesus Christ. Peter asked Him," What
will happen to us who have forsaken our parents our
country, our city, our wealth and every other thing to follow
you?"
And Christ looking at them knew what was in their mind
and then He said to them, this is very difficult before man,
but the impossibility before man is quite possible in the
sight of God. And if you will not mortify the flesh how can
the spirit take charge of where it belongs to? Or why should
you be baptized in the first place? The baptism symbolizes
the death of Our Lord Jesus Christ. He was dead for THREE
DAYS AND THREE NIGHTS and He later resurrected. This
could be demonstrated by the baptism by immersion you
underwent in the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of
the Holy Spirit. When you emerge from the water, that
reflects and symbolizes the resurrection of Our Lord Jesus
Christ. That is why when we talk about the mortification of
the flesh and indeed the 72 hours of dry fasting, we do not
mean anything but the complete mortification of the flesh
that correlates with the death and resurrection. But when
people hear of the 72 hours dry fasting they begin to wonder
how somebody could stay for three days without food and

will continue to live. Some people even go about looking
sad. Some will look tattered and wear mournful looks. Some
transform to the point where you can confirm that they are
lingering between life and death. BUT I AM TELLING YOU
THESE THREE DAYS AND THREE NIGHTS DRY FASTING
CLEARLY DEPICT THE DEATH AND RESURRECTION OF OUR
LORD JESUS CHRIST.
That is why before every Pentecostal period, we use the
previous week to mortify the flesh by observing the 72 hours
of dry fasting. Through this process, we have by faith
cleansed and sanctified ourselves through the Blood of Our
Lord Jesus Christ. This fasting also symbolizes the sign the
people of old wanted to know. The previous week was for
the mortification of the flesh while this week is for joy and
jubilation over the death and resurrection of Our Lord Jesus
Christ. The case of Jonah who was swallowed by the whale
and therefore lived in the whale's stomach for three days
and three nights is akin to mortification of the flesh and
rising from death.
Hence we say three things now prevail in this kingdom:
Love, Faith, and Hope. The scripture confirm that Jonah
stayed three days and three nights in the belly of the whale.
Our Lord Jesus Christ suffered a similar fate in the bowels of
the earth for three days and three nights. Were this not so
then He would not have been the one. A similar event
occurred in the life of Abraham and Isaac. The voice of the
Lord said unto Abraham, "Take ye your child and sacrifice
unto me." And to accomplish this assignment, Abraham set
forth on a journey for three days and three nights. This
indeed was the same sign. Many of you lack this wisdom and
knowledge because you cannot research the Bible properly
to know the truth concerning the injunctions of God. When

Our Lord Jesus Christ inferred that the temple be destroyed
and that He would rebuild it in three days, the people
rebuked Him, because it took them forty six years to build it.
They interpreted the statement carnally, but He said this is
quite possible in the sight of God. This was fulfilled by the
death and resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ, during
which time He was caught up in the glory of His Father. It is
in remembrance of this that we are jubilating this week.
Jonah after staying three days and three nights in the whale
was released. Abraham also received the glory of God when
he attempted to sacrifice his son Isaac. WE MUST
THEREFORE BE PREPARED TO MORTIFY THE FLESH FROM
NOW HENCEFORTH AS WE CONTINUE TO JUBILATE OVER
THE DEATH AND RESURRECTION OF OUR LORD JESUS
CHRIST.
This celebration is observed three times a year. Before
the celebration starts you become changed because you
have put new wine into a new wine skin. From now onwards,
before the celebration starts, take a look at yourself in the
mirror and see what you look like, so as to be able to
compare and contrast what you look like at the end of the
Pentecostal period. You will be so rejuvenated, you will be
like iron in the inner man, while you will look like a baby
physically (on the outside). With this new life from above,
you must practice holiness so as to maintain this new divine
body and status.
The death and resurrection was not within two days and
two nights as the mortification of the flesh could not be
accepted as having been two days and two nights.
THE WORLDLY PEOPLE ARE WRONG IN THEIR
CALCULATIONS. THEY MAY TELL YOU THAT HE DIED ON
FRIDAY, AND IF YOU CONTINUE WITH THIS MATHEMATICS

THROUGH SUNDAY, IT WOULD BE SEEN THAT CHRIST'S
INTERMENT WAS FOR ONLY TWO DAYS. BUT IF YOU START
FROM THURSDAY AND COUNT THE DAYS AND NIGHTS
ACCORDING TO THE JEWISH TRADITION, YOU WILL GET
THE SIMPLE MATHEMATICS CORRECT.
The April Pentecostal does not come about as a result of
our own volition, but rather, because we are rejoicing and
jubilating with the death and resurrection of Our Lord Jesus
Christ. This is continuous and so shall it remain. WHEN THIS
WAS FIRST PUBLISHED IN THE HERALD OF THE NEW
KINGDOM, OUR OFFICIAL ORGAN, THE WORLDLY PEOPLE
BECAME SAD AND TROUBLED AND EVEN DOUBTED THE
AUTHENTICITY OF OUR CLAIMS, BUT I WANT TO TELL YOU
THAT IT IS SO UNTO THE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT LOVE YOU,
THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING YOU SAY TO BE TRUE.
EVEN IF THEY KNOW THAT TO BE THE TRUTH THEY WILL
CONTINUE TO HURT YOUR FEELINGS BY UNDERRATING
YOU. THIS IS TRUE FOR THE BLIND CANNOT SPEAK GOOD
OF ANYTHING. IN THE SAME VEIN, ANOTHER CHILD
CANNOT RUB YOUR BACK DOWN TO THE TOES.
Our doctrines and practices are therefore in keeping with
the established precepts of old. We do not mortify the flesh
for carnal or material wealth, but we are doing this in
commemoration of the death of and resurrection of Our Lord
Jesus Christ. We do not observe it because of the need to
get money, children, cars, or houses. The duration of your
call into this kingdom notwithstanding, even if you are a day
old child, you must continue to mortify the flesh. That is why
Christ told His disciples that except one is born again, he
cannot enter the kingdom of God. Whoever is in the flesh
cannot be reborn. You must mortify the flesh so as to be in
spirit.

You are witnesses to the fact that when Our Lord Jesus
Christ was still in the flesh, there was no great assignment
performed by Him. He was not known and recognized.
Nothing was known about Him. This was however as it
pleased the Father, but the moment He became baptized
and He was operating in the spirit, He began to be seen in
all planes of manifest at the same time. People testified to
seeing Him everywhere. BUT BEFORE HIS DEATH, HE WAS
IN THE FLESH. IT WAS AFTER HIS DEATH AND
RESURRECTION THAT HE STARTED TO OPERATE IN THE
SPIRIT. SO FROM THAT TIME UP TILL NOW, AND TILL
ETERNITY, DO NOT SEEK HIM IN THE FLESH, BECAUSE YOU
CANNOT SEE HIM IN THE FLESH. HE IS IN THE SPIRIT. ALL
THE TEACHINGS THAT WERE IMPARTED TO MAN, WERE
TEACHINGS OF THE FLESH, BECAUSE HE HAD THEN NOT
DIED. And that is why before He died He was ready to
remind his disciples that, "Do not go unto the Samaritans,
beware of the Samaritans, but go unto the house of Israel,
because they will accept the correct doctrines that will be
imparted to them." The worldly people also maintain that the
pouring of the Holy Spirit ended on the day of Pentecost.
Right from then, till now, the Holy Spirit has ceased to exist.
This will readily inform you that they are in the flesh and so
they cannot receive the teachings of the Spirit.
On close observation, you will agree with me that in times
like this many children of God in this kingdom are also
encountering problems. This is because flesh and spirit,
positive and negative are always at each other's throat. All
these have to do with the fact that they are always in the
flesh. They have no resistance in the process: hence some
will fall, others will derail while the business of others will
not prosper. Still others will grow weary and create room for

more problems. But I tell you, it is not so this time around,
because all have received the blessing of the Holy Spirit and
that is why you have to be in spirit always. With this gift of
the Holy Spirit, no weapon fashioned against you will
prosper because you are all the children of the Holy Spirit.
And in the days of Old what happened to those who were
disciples of John? It was said that they fasted often and
made prayers. But of the disciples of Our Lord Jesus Christ,
it was said unto the scribes and Pharisees who murmured
against the disciples of Our Lord Jesus Christ for not
fasting," As long as the master is alive, can you make the
children of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is
with them? But the days will come when the bridegroom
shall be taken away from them, and then shall they fast in
those days." In other words so long as Christ was physically
with them, they had no cause to undergo mortification of the
flesh, but when he shall be taken away from them, his
followers shall have the opportunity to observe their fasting.
Hence when we talk about this exercise of fasting, whether
the world likes it or not the exercise will continue to hold.
The mortification of the flesh shall continue to stand as its
chief trait. Unfortunately, churches in their own mentality
are still operating in the flesh, unaware that time had
overtaken them despite their good intentions of worshipping
God. I tell you, you are the temple of God, you are God's
house and everything, and in times like this you must mortify
the flesh to be cleansed and pure so as to be in spirit and
attune yourself to Him. After being so busy with yourself and
having your way, this is the time of celebration, you must be
adequately prepared to receive Him and His teachings in
spirit. Our first lesson should be read.
FIRST BIBLE LESSON: MATTHEW 12:40

"In the same way that Jonah spent three days and nights in
the big fish, so will the Son of Man spend three days and
three nights in the depth of the earth."
We are not here to criticize the world, we are not here to
condemn their doctrines and practices, because when the
ability is not given to man, man can do nothing. God has not
given them the ability, so we cannot truly condemn or
criticism what they do. To them that the ability is given,
they can perform. Hence He said when the spirit of truth is
given, he shall come. He will teach and lead people to the
accurate knowledge of truth. But now the spirit of truth is
come, imparting the correct teachings unto man. He has
also given the ability to all and sundry to practice the
teachings. IN PRACTICING, YOU MUST FIRST BE BAPTIZED
AND PARTAKE FULLY IN THE 72 HOURS DRY-FASTING.
These are the prerequisites and then other signs will follow.
Hence He said unto His disciples, "Go ye and baptize all
men, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the
Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have
showed you, for I am with you always even unto the end of
the world."
The workings of the flesh is all death and elementary
teachings are no more in use. That is why we say Our Lord
Jesus Christ died and resurrected, you all re-echo, but how
can that be accepted as the truth when you have not first
mortified your flesh, you have no idea and you are without
your senses?
Many people in prison custody and other places of
confinement are there because their flesh is warring against
the Spirit, and when the flesh takes the upper hand, they
end up in those places of confinement. Many sick people in
the hospitals are there because at all times the flesh is at

war with the spirit. The fact is that it is necessary for you to
overcome the flesh with the spirit. The fact is for you to
overcome the flesh, you must receive the spirit and start
practicing His teachings, after which you must be baptized.
As many as are baptized in the end shall be discharged and
acquitted.
People always resist the call for baptism. People become
stubborn and they feel that by so doing they will be asked to
abandon their different churches. That is not what I am
telling you. I AM NOT ASKING YOU TO LEAVE YOUR
CHURCHES, BUT I AM TELLING YOU THAT THE HOLY
SPIRIT IS AT WORK. THIS IS THE TIME OF THE HOLY
SPIRIT. HE HAS TAKEN OVER THE ENTIRE WORLD, AND AS
MANY AS HAVE RECEIVED THIS, NOT BY FORSAKING YOUR
DIFFERENT CHURCHES, BUT BY PUTTING INTO PRACTICE
HIS TEACHINGS, YOU WILL FROM NOW LIVE IN SPIRIT AND
CONTINUE TO DO THAT WHICH IS RIGHT.
HENCE THE TRUTH OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST IS NOT
KNOWN AGAIN IN THE FLESH BECAUSE HE IS IN SPIRIT
AND THAT IS WHY THE MOMENT HE DIED AND
RESURRECTED, THE CARNAL SELF DIED AND ALL THINGS
MADE ANEW ARE NOW IN USE. AND HE SAID THAT NOBODY
SHOULD KNOW HIM IN THE FLESH BUT IN SPIRIT BECAUSE
THE THINGS OF THE FLESH HAVE ALL DIED AND PASSED
AWAY.
Do not argue the scripture with anyone anymore, because
when we talk about this glory, it is the Holy Spirit. THE
GLORY OF THIS KINGDOM IS THE HOLY SPIRIT AND THE
MOMENT YOU HAVE BAPTIZED YOU WILL SEE HIM AND
YOU WILL BE REVEALED TO HIM. IF YOU HAVE NEVER
MORTIFIED THE FLESH, THEN THE SPIRIT CANNOT WORK.
TO BE ABLE TO RECEIVE THE HOLY SPIRIT YOU MUST

MORTIFY THE FLESH. THAT IS WHY OUR LORD JESUS
CHRIST DIED AND RESURRECTED ON THE THIRD DAY AND
ON RECEIVING THE HOLY SPIRIT, HE BECAME A ROCK.
THAT IS THE ROCK WHICH WILL NEVER BE DESTROYED.
The reason you are found wanting is because of the flesh.
The spirit is no more active in you, it is no more stable. You
are advised that having resurrected with Christ after
baptism, and having been cleansed, you should forsake sin.
Do not fornicate, do not commit any other sin after you are
cleansed.
*THE WATCH AND PRAY WE OBSERVE EVERY
WEDNESDAY NIGHT IS LIKENED TO THE LAST SUPPER. ALL
INHABITANTS OF THE WORLD SHOULD OBSERVE IT,
BECAUSE IT IS THE CORRECT AND MOST DIVINE TEACHING
AND THE ENTIRE WORLD MUST RECEIVE AND PRACTICE
THIS DIVINE TEACHING. AND HAVING RECEIVED THIS YOU
WILL KNOW THAT YOU ARE ON THE BRINK OF BEING
SAVED.
THIS WATCH AND PRAY SERVICE HAS MADE THE ENTIRE
WORLD TO BE CALM, TO RECEIVE PEACE AND TO HAVE
LIBERTY. WHAT WE TEACH HERE IS REALLY WHAT THE
WORLD NEEDS FOR ITS SALVATION. THE WEDNESDAY
NIGHT WATCH AND PRAY SERVICE IS OF PARAMOUNT
IMPORTANCE. WE CONDUCT BIBLE CLASS RIGHT INTO
MIDNIGHT. WE THEN BEGIN WATCH AND PRAY AT
MIDNIGHT AND END IT AT 3 A.M. WHEN WE GET INTO THE
SIXTH HOUR OF THE EARLY HOURS OF THE NEXT
MORNING WHICH IS THURSDAY AT 6 A.M. THAT IS THE
SAME DAY AND TIME THE SENTENCE WAS PASSED AND HE
DIED. AT THE TIME HE WAS SENTENCED FROM 6 A.M., HE
WAS ON THE WAITING LIST FOR EXECUTION. AT 9 A.M. HE
WAS EXECUTED. RIGHT FROM 6 P.M.HE WAS IN THE CIRCLE

CAVE UP TO SIX P.M. THE FOLLOWING DAY WHICH WAS
FRIDAY, THEN SATURDAY. FROM THAT TIME HE WAS IN
THE TOMB THROUGH SATURDAY MIDNIGHT AND UNTO THE
NEXT MORNING OF SUNDAY WHEN HE HAD ALREADY
COMPLETED 3 DAYS AND THREE NIGHTS, RIGHT UNDER
THE CAVE AND ON SUNDAY MORNING HE RESURRECTED.
THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT WE ALL HAVE TO OBSERVE. THIS
IS JUST THE TEACHING. But what is of the flesh is all death
and we are no more in the flesh, we are now in spirit. That is
why there is no more Jew or Greek, we all are one as the
Holy Spirit is now the one to be worshipped.
The reason He asked the mother of the two sons of
Zebedee if they can drink of the same cup that He drank
was that the cup symbolizes the sins of the world. And when
Christ asked if they can be baptized of the same baptism
that He was baptized of, that symbolized his death and
resurrection, and it is this same way that we all have to
follow. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY. And so when people go
about researching here and there, they will come up with
nothing. But this one way that we are telling entire world to
follow -THIS CUP IS THE SIN, THIS BAPTISM IS THE DEATH
AND THE RESURRECTION AND UNTIL ALL HAVE RECEIVED
THESE PARTS THERE IS NO WAY.
*YOU WERE BOUGHT WITH A COSTLY PRICE. FLESH AND
BLOOD WAS SHED FOR YOU SO WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR
NOT YOU ARE WORKING WITH THE FATHER, YOU ARE ALSO
WITH THE FATHER AND YOU ARE HIS TEMPLE HE ABIDES
IN YOU AND YOU ARE ALWAYS WITH HIM DESPITE YOUR
DIFFERENT CHURCH DOCTRINES.
***BUILDING OF BETHELS, CATHEDRALS AND THE REST
ARE A WASTE OF TIME. THE HOLY SPIRIT HAS NOTHING TO
DO WITH THEM. YOU ARE HIS TEMPLE. THE SOONER YOU

DESPISED THE IDEA OF STICKING TO ANY CHURCH, SECT,
OR WHATEVER, THE BETTER IT IS FOR YOU, FOR YOUR
BODY ALONE IS HIS PLACE OF ABODE. THAT IS WHY AT
THE TIME HE CALLED THE ATTENTION OF HIS DISCIPLES,
HAVING SEEN ALL THESE GIGANTIC BUILDINGS THAT MEN
BUILT, IN PREPARATION FOR HIM, AND SAID,"LOOK I TELL
YOU ONE TOWER STONE SHALL NOT BE ON TOP OF OTHER
STONE, ALL THESE BUILDINGS SHALL BE DESTROYED. For
all old doctrines maintain and believe that God is in the
church and when you go there you will see Him. ALL YOU
HAVE TO DO IS TO MAKE YOURSELF CLEAN FOR YOU ARE
HIS TEMPLE.

SECOND BIBLE LESSON: MATTHEW 16:21
"From that time on, Jesus began to say plainly to his
disciples, "I must go to Jerusalem and suffer much from the
elders, the chief priest and the teachers of the law. I will be
put to death, but three days later I be raised to life."
Have you heard what the scriptures say, that receiving
this torture, in spirit and in flesh, means being redeemed and
being fully established in spirit. Today, people are
experiencing untold hardships and punishment because of
their wrong calculations. They insist and attribute only two
days and two nights to Christ's sufferings. They have bluntly
refused to accept the fact that he died and was in the circle
cave (the tomb), for three days and three nights and that
represents the baptism, the death and the resurrection. This
is the sound doctrine and that is why when they continue to
confuse people's mind they are punished. For the scripture
had warned, "Whosoever gives or receives and teaches
people the wrong side of it, and he and other people engage
in wrong practices, he will receive greater lashes and he will

be counted least in the kingdom. But whosoever happens to
receive the divine doctrine and has taught others and they
are following him and putting into practice the divine
doctrine, he will be counted as being greatest in kingdom of
God.” That is why the people of the world are least, and as
practioners of the truth and believers in his doctrine we are
the greatest. Besides we are teaching the people to mortify
the flesh, to undergo torture of the flesh and so as to die and
resurrect with Christ.
You cannot hear the word of God, so long as you are in
the flesh, for the flesh can never receive the word of God
and can never tune up to be in spirit. BUT WHEN YOU ARE
IN SPIRIT YOU WILL HEAR THE WORD OF GOD, YOU WILL
SPEAK THE WORD OF GOD, AND YOU WILL RECEIVE THE
WORD OF GOD. THE WORD OF GOD IS MEAT AND FOOD OF
THE SPIRIT.
Flesh and blood cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
Flesh and blood cannot practice the word of God and can
never hear the word of God. Flesh and blood has nothing to
do with the word of God, the kingdom of God. The flesh can
only share in the kingdom of God when it hears the word of
God and practices it and then it mortifies the flesh. The
mortified flesh then becomes the spirit.
We have to kill the flesh and strive to be in spirit because
it is in the spirit that we can receive the word of God.
Immediately you mortify the flesh, and dwell in the spirit,
you will never decay, you will not be your old self and if your
old self will want to compete with the new self, you will
know that there is a great demarcation. You will experience
hard times and problems if you attempt to go back to the
flesh, having been fully established in spirit.
*THE NEW NAME OF THIS KINGDOM IS THE WORD OF

GOD AND THE NAME YOU CAN GIVE HER IS THE WORD OF
GOD. IN OUR MIDST THERE IS THE WORD OF GOD. THE
APPAREL WE PUT ON IS THE WORD OF GOD, OUR LIVES
ARE IN THE WORD OF GOD. WE HAVE NO OTHER
COMMITMENTS THAN TO RECEIVE THE WORD OF GOD. AS
WE ARE NOW GATHERED HERE WE ARE ONLY GATHERING
FOR AN OVER HAULING, TO BE CHANGED AND TO CAST
AWAY THE OLD BODY AND TO RECEIVE THE WORD OF GOD
WHICH IS THE NEW BODY.
In 1960, at 26 Mbukpa crescent, I warned the whole world
not to medicate, not to bother themselves about any
material wealth. People are still bothering themselves about
material wealth and they are still medicating. This is why
they cannot maintain the Spirit and their problems continue
to multiply more and more. THE WORD OF GOD IS SPIRIT,
AND THAT IS WHY WHEN YOU RECEIVE THIS WORD OF
GOD, WHICH IS SPIRIT, YOU WILL NEVER DECAY, AND YOU
DO NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEM. WHEN YOU ARE IN SPIRIT
YOU WILL NEVER BE BECOME ILL, YOU WILL NEVER BE
THIRSTY, YOU WILL NEVER LACK, YOU WILL NEVER
SUFFER. BUT PROBLEMS ARISE WHEN YOU REJECT THE
WORD OF GOD AND PUT ON THE OLD BODY. THE MOMENT
YOU PUT ON THE NEW BODY WHICH IS THE WORD OF GOD,
WHICH IS THE SPIRIT, IT WILL TAKE AWAY ALL YOUR
PROBLEMS.
Have you heard what the scripture says? "I will go to
Jerusalem, I will be tortured, tormented, and I will be killed
but after three days I shall be resurrected?" Why do you
follow after Him? It is because you are learning after Him.
You and him are one. You have accepted to practice the
same words and so do not doubt why and when this thing
should consummate, because everything has been

consummated already, and so shall it be till eternity. All the
words of God which you receive, none shall go unfulfilled,
and those which have not been fulfilled will be fulfilled soon.
We are all gathered in a time like this to commemorate
the same period, but some people view it as a parable. To
them what they read in the bible is a parable. It is not so.
The washing of the feet, the watch and pray, the last supper,
all commemorate the season and all that we do are exactly
what was done and what shall continue to be done.
Recall what he said unto them," My departure is good for
you, for if I do not depart, the spirit of truth shall not come
but if I depart the spirit will come. And then the departure,
which became the death and being in spirit. All these times
you were fasting without the endowment of the Holy Spirit.
Without His departure, could you have received the Holy
Spirit?
And that is why it is also recorded in the same portion
that when the one who been vested with the dirty spirit was
exorcized and it had entered into the desert, and upon
roaming the desert without finding a resting place, it upon
coming back to visit where it had dwelt, discovered it
properly groomed, it will go back and bring with it seven
more dirty and stronger demonic spirits. They will all come
and make their abode in the same person. And then the soul
of that person will become worse than the former state. This
accounts for why you just have to mortify the flesh and
allow yourself to die and be resurrected. You are in the flesh
if you are not reborn and so which ever evil spirit is in you is
not gone. It is waiting for the change to be effected, and it
will go and bring more powerful and dirty demons to come
and abide in you. Your state will become worse, no matter
what you want to do, there will be no changes because you

are not born again.
We have the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit which is
at work here in the kingdom. You have this same spirit
endowed on you and wherever you go, this same Spirit is
working. If you do not come here to receive this sound
doctrine and be changed, how will you have the Father, the
Son and the Holy Spirit? Brethren I would not be tedious
with you, our golden text should now be read.
GOLDEN TEXT: JOHN 2:19-20
Jesus answered,"Tear down this temple and in three days
I build it again."
"Are you going to build it again in three days?" they asked
him, "It has taken forty-six years to build this temple."
Have you heard what the scriptures tell you and me that
the people of old hated these words? They did not
understand these words because all the words spoken by
Our Lord Jesus Christ were purely spiritual but the Jews
understood Him carnally.
He had to warn them that when the spirit of truth shall
come, He shall be the one to teach and lead all men and
them to the accurate knowledge of the truth. And that is
why when He talks about demolishing the temple, to be
rebuilt after three days, He did not refer to the flashy
buildings that you see around you. These buildings have
been there. He was referring to Himself that when the body
will be destroyed, it would take three days for Him to rise up
again to remain in spirit. That is why the flashy houses you
build and other material things you acquire mean nothing.
This not what we are referring to, we are talking about the
spiritual body. That body, your own body, is that temple and
that is why we continue to tell you that when you are in
spirit, you will forsake all the things you are asked not to do.

When you forsake eating of meat and you refrain from
fornication and adultery and all sinfulness, you will be
completely fortified and you will receive spiritual gifts.
And that is why when Adam and Eve, having seen their
fault began to plead for leniency and clemency, but he said
unto them, as a consolation, I shall come back but the sign
of my coming shall be observed in a heap of Myrrh, Gold and
Frankincense. Also I shall be tortured, I shall be persecuted.
The sword shall be thrust into my side and all those things
shall mark the sign of my return, and there and then, will I
come unto you and be with you. Well those were the signs.
That is why after he had resurrected and seen lavishly, He
proclaimed that,"I and my Father are one," and whosoever
shall mortify the flesh and allow himself to be in spirit will
also stand the chances of saying,"I and my Father are one."
This is because the entire world put together are one.
There shall be no difference in anything, no color
dichotomy, no currency dichotomy, every person shall be
one. But it beats my imagination when I tell you that the
entire world shall be one and you begin to doubt.
Well, you are always ignorant of this fact or knowledge as a
result of your stubbornness, and insubordination. Many
inhabitants of the world have not received baptism though it
is the criteria. For that which was nailed upon the cross was
not Jesus per se, but the flesh. And the moment He was
nailed, He had nothing to do with the flesh, for He lived and
operated in the spirit.
*** ANY BROTHERHOOD CHILD WHO ACCEPTS TO BE IN
SPIRIT SHOULD LISTEN TO THESE SPIRITUAL WARNING:
DO NOT TELL LIES, DO NOT EAT MEAT AND FISH, DO NOT
FORNICATE, YOU HAVE TO GO ON MINISTRY, PAY YOUR
TITHES, BE IN SPIRIT AND RECEIVE THE SPIRIT, ALLOW

THE SPIRIT TO LEAD AND GUIDE YOU. DO NOT
DISCRIMINATE AND DO NOT SOW SEEDS OF DISCORD, DO
NOT CAUSE TROUBLE, DO NOT FIGHT. THE MOMENT YOU
RECEIVE THIS YOU ARE IN SPIRIT AND THAT IS THE END
OF IT AND IF IT IS THE END OF IT, YOU REALIZE THAT
SPIRIT, BEING THE FATHER, IS WITH YOU, HE TALKS WITH
YOU, HE DIRECTS AND ADVISES YOU.
Whoever sins becomes a slave to sin. If you go about
stealing that stealing will show on you. You will find out that
you are not in the spirit. Whatever sin you commit will
manifest on you. That is why no matter what you do when
you fall sick, you will probably go like that,(i.e., continue in
your affliction) for there will be no necromancer, no juju
priest or native or medical doctor who will provide a solution
to your problem because you are completely in the flesh and
those sins you have committed are telling on you.
Right from the time he resurrected He was in the Spirit.
He had nothing to do with the flesh. He was not a slave to
the flesh and as many of us who have resurrected alongside
with Him must reason with Him. Then we shall be forgiven
all our sins. We should separate ourselves from all manners
of sins and be one with Him.
If you are in the flesh, you will not see Him, but if you are
in the spirit,* WHEN YOU SIN, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS
REPENT AND THUS CONFESS YOUR SINS, CELEBRATE
LOVE FEAST, GO ON MINISTRY, LAMENT OVER YOU SINS
AND IN THE END HE WILL DECLARE YOU FREE AND ALL
YOUR PROBLEMS WILL BE ALLEVIATED.
He is the leader, He is the teacher, He is the director, and
He is the one admonishing the entire world. It is now
incumbent on everyone of us to surrender ourselves unto
Him. The entire world must surrender unto Him. The entire

world must surrender to Him because He alone teaches, He
alone directs, and He also leads the entire world.
Abraham did not have this knowledge, and Moses did not
have his knowledge. May the Lord bless His Holy Word.
