Plan (B) :- Down Payment Plan with 12% Assured Return with BANK GUARANTEE,
12% Assured Return upto Completion & 1 year after Completion in form of Monthly PDC's
of the amount paid.
• At the time of Booking/30 Days :- 10% / 85% of BP (12% return on actual amount received)
• On Possession / leasing :- 5% of BP + Along with allied charges + Any other charges or taxes as applicable.
