This document provides a treatment sheet for a short film called "Campsite of the Dead". It outlines the cast, plot, performance, camera/editing plans, props, costumes, locations, and lighting. The plot follows a group of teenagers on a camping trip who discover that a zombie apocalypse has occurred when they try to return home. They will focus the narrative on the group of characters and their experience at the campsite and attempts to survive the attacking zombies.

Story plot: Quick Ideas of the Story
A group of teenagers go on a camping trip but when they are returning to
their town they notice that there is not traffic and nobody on the
streets. Until they see a group of people who tell them that there has
been a zombie apocalypse.
There is a party in a remote part of the town where nobody goes and in
the morning when they are returning home they see that the streets are
infested with zombies.
Story plot: Final Story Idea
A group of teenagers go on a camping trip in a forest just outside of their
town and the group split up with their friends to get some firewood and
to set up a camp but when the group that went to collect firewood comes
back they realize that the other were attacked by zombies. After this a
guy who thinks they are all zombies then attacks them.
Performance/Narrative
We will focus the narrative on a group of characters. The story will
mostly be set at burn valley and we will get some people that also go to
Brinkburn college to help with the filming and the acting. Our video will
have people acting in it who are not in our group because our group only
has two people in it so if we did only make a video with just our group
then we will have be extremely limited in what our video could have
contained. We will

4. Camera and Editing
We will research the possible angles we can use for the different story’s
we have thought of. From what we have researched we will probably be
using mostly mid shots with the occasional wide angle shot to display the
scenery and the group of teens. Jake and I will most likely be switching
who is filming so we can both get a chance to have a feel of recording in a
more wide-open space instead of just inside of the college.

Considering that we a doing a horror film based on zombies we will most
likely be using dark lighting and will try to create an ominous atmosphere.
We will also try to give the audience a sense of anxiety.
