5. THEMATIC ELEMENTS
Through abstract and psychedelic visual strands, we will be creating a music video that
involves a symbolism of RGB photographic colours. This would be the red element.

6. PERFORMANCE
Our performance element is going to be in a green screen studio with 2/3 dancers
behind the main artist doing a ‘Vogue’ dance. This dance consists of quick movements
which can easily blend in with a beat from the track. We will be using a green screen
studio to go with our RGB theme, this being the green element to the video.

7. NARRATIVE
The narrative could go with the lyrics:
‘Soothe me, baby soothe me
Pacify me, be my dose
Choosy, never choosy
Give it to me, be my dose.’
In our eyes we see this as a symbolism of
a soothing bath, because they relax
people, just like drugs can.
However, instead of normal water we
would like either blue coloured water or
blue metallic paint to make it eccentric.
We would like to have more of a bath on
legs rather than a box shaped one, giving
the video more of a vintage/trashy feel to
it.

I searched up metallic
paints, but it turns out
that I could only find
car paint – a substance
probably not suitable
for a human to sit in
for a long period of
time.
I found these liquid pigments online
which are used for art purposes, which
may be safer than using corrosive
paint.

Instead of using a harmful substance in the bath,
using Gelli Baff will be a much better idea as it is a
weird texture and could make for some really cool
visual strands for the video
