make sure your Destination Wedding is a seamless event from start to finish. We work closely with the
onsite resort events team as well as all your local vendors including the wedding planner to ensure a
flawless event.

1. Our team will physically be on property at ALL of our destination weddings for groups with 20
guests or more. For this reason, we choose our couples carefully and work with those who are a
good fit for both the experience and luxury services we are offering.
2. We offer a complimentary consultation where we can discuss all of your needs, as well as our
concierge fee.
3. We work as your advocate in negotiating room rates and packages at each hotel, ensuring we
obtain the lowest rate with the most perks for you and your guests
4. We constantly stay up to date with the local laws of your destination regarding the
hiring/traveling of vendors from the U.S. and will advise you on the appropriate actions.
5. We can coordinate all transportation needs inducing: commercial or private airfare and ground
transfers for individuals or groups.
6. We offer complimentary upgrades for EVERY room based on availability due to our relationship
with luxury hoteliers.
7. Our clients receive complimentary breakfasts and $100 hotel/spa credits per room at all of our
preferred partner hotels.

send you our detailed ((and fun!)) Honeymoon Questionnaire!
Every couple at Traveluxe Official is a VIP and receives the best rooms, best views and best
service! Our clients receive complimentary upgrades based on availability as well as
complimentary daily breakfasts and $100 hotel/spa credits at all of our preferred partner
hotels.

Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we will send you an invoice for our
$500 concierge fee. It is important to note that this fee does not go towards any fees
associated with your booking, it is simply to cover our time spent advising you on the
options that are the best match for you and your soon-to-be spouse!
