In fact, customers often tell us that they use training and certification as an employee development program to retain their top performers. These are pretty standard for most largely deployed applications, operating systems and hardware. What is unique is Apple’s position in the market – Apple produces all three: hardware, software and the operating system. As such, we have a unique opportunity to offer truly integrated training to maximize your implementation, deployment and user proficiency.
