4. • The first thing you have to do in the joint
mobility is move the ankle from side to side
5. • Then come the knees, we have to move in all
directions possible
6. • Then we go with the hips, we must move in a
round way
7. • The next thing are the shoulders, first we have
to move forward and then backward
8. • Before finish we have to move the neck , we
must move in every way we can
9. • Finally we take our hands and move
the wrists in round way
10. ACTIVATION
• The activation is a series of exercises that we
do to prepare our body for physical activity
• We do it to prevent injuries and improve our
results
11. • What we do in the activation is run in different
ways. We should run side, crossing our feets,
with knees up, with the heels back, touching
our ankles and we can do sprint.
12. GAMES
• In the warm up we can play games. One game
is call Gavilan. One person have to put in the
middle of the court, this person say Gavilan
and the people who is playing the game have
to past to the other part of the court without
the person who is in the middle of the court
touch them.
