 The Panellets are a typical dessert of Cataluña, Valencia
and Baleares , tradicionally it prepares in the feast of All
Saint .They are made with a sweet dough made with
sugar as raw almond, egg and lemon zest.
THE BONES OF THE SAINT




The bones of the saint are desserts made of marzipan , they
are white , long,and cylindrical .In Spain they are
characteristic for the celebration of All Saints .

Cataluña , and certain areas of Murcia . It is an Easter cake wich symbolizes
