This document describes a community partnership program between The Post-Standard newspaper and TOPS Friendly Markets grocery stores. Through the program, The Post-Standard would purchase gift cards from TOPS to use as subscriptions and raffle prizes, promoting TOPS in newspaper ads seen by over 400,000 people at no cost to TOPS. TOPS would also get prominent logo placement on promotional materials. The partnership could extend to events co-sponsored by The Post-Standard and TOPS to further increase promotional presence.
