Plant Director
 Supervised construction and commissioning of new construction materials manufacturing plant,
the largest single construction project in ETEX's history (approx. 70 million €)
 Implemented raw material changes, resulting in improved product quality and reductions in
production losses and waste through full recycling
 Ensure company success by selecting and recruiting crew, including entire management level

 Run world's largest kiln for ceramic roof tiles
