Production Supervisor, Shell Chemical Company - June 2011 – Current
Have oversight of a Logistics group that on a 24/7/365 basis manages approximately 80,000 barrels of
crude oil and products per day. These operations consist ofa pipeline operation, one ship and barge dock
facility located on the Mobile River and anotherbarge facility located on Chickasaw Creek.
Have oversight of a truck rack operation that daily loads out approximately 200 trucks with products such
as gasolines, diesel fuel, Jet fuel and LPG products
Manage 34 direct reports including four Production Team Leaders and two Specialists
Work well across departments to ensure a safe and well maintained operation.
Implemented the current structure of the Logistics organization. This was accomplished by placing
Production Team Leaders on shift in the logistics group. This placed a leadership role on the team which
before did not exist. This changed the organization hierarchy and provided a career path.This
organizational change has greatly increased the moral within this group.
Proficient in the use of computers, with various programs such as; SAP system, Word, Excel and Power
Point, TMS, PROM, Advisor and ALMS.

Learning Advisor Field, Shell Chemical Company - Feb 2008 – June 2011
Responsible for the day to day training activities of the Logistics group at Shell Mobile. This included
maintenance and tracking of all training records in the Shell Open University (SOU) system.
Created new training events to support the Logistics group when new equipment was installed.
Responsible for all Management of Change (MOC) updates in the logistics area.
Responsible for conducting and facilitating training events.
Worked on the Operation Training project which placed training modules in the hands of new hire
candidates.This helped to onboard new hires and was also very helpful with recertification testing.
Helped to implement Shell Open University to our site. This systemprovides a one s top shop for all
computer based training (CBT) and is also a tracking mechanism for all training events.

“A” Operator, Shell Chemical Company - Oct 2006 – Feb 2008
Had on shift oversight of the day to day operation of the Shell Mobile Tank Farm operation. This consisted
of overseeing the daily transfers of crude oil and finished product, loading and offloading of barges and
ships and managing the truck rack operation. This job required the attention of the A Operator and required
that he/she constantly be looking ahead, typically up to 24 hours in advance.
Coordinated with several groups consisting of onsite personnelsuch as the operations group, and the
economics and supply group to ensure transfers were completed in a timely and efficient manner.

“B” Operator, Shell Chemical Company - May 1997 – Oct 2006
On shift operator responsible for the area of assignment. This consisted ofworking in the East, West,
Refinery Dock and the Blakeley Island Terminal and Dock area.
Responsible to perform and track lineup and transfer of crude oil and finished products.
Performed minor maintenance activities.
Performed lock decontamination and lock out and tag out operations to allow maintenance activities on
equipment used in transfer operations.
Contract Maintenance, Esfeller Construction - Jan 1994 – May 1997
Worked as a plant maintenance tech. This consisted ofmaintaining all equipment in the plant and off shore
facilities.
