Our procedures are designed to be flexible and tailored to meet your needs with customised output specific to your situation. Below are the
suggested procedures based on our understanding of your requirements.
The scope listed below are highly dependent on the availability and quality of information from the center on historical as well as current activities.

• We will do a risk assessment given the developing dynamics in the market and the catchment area

• Detailed strategic roadmap encompassing all aspects of business
• Step by step implementation plan with initiatives and timelines
Timelines: Timelines for the items above will be 15 days from the receipt of the raw information from your end
Client Brief: xxx Medical Center is not able to reach its potential due to various constraints faced by it. One of the main ones is the location of the
center. Given the currently highly uncertain market dynamics as a result of fallout of Covid 19, the management is considering a few options to
further the growth of the center. The management wants a learned opinion and evaluation of the same followed by a Business Risk Assessment
and Formulation of a Strategic Roadmap for the center.
Once the Strategic Roadmap is approved the management may further engage the consultant to implement it (not in the existing scope) going
forward
