I highly recommend Danielle Mecham as a candidate for employment. Danielle was employed by The
City of Spokane Solid Waste Management Department as the Landscape Architecture Intern from
January 2011 to May 2012. Danielle was responsible for the designs and construction administration of
low maintenance and water conservation garden projects.
With excellent communication skills, Danielle can work independently and is able to follow through to
ensure that the job gets done. In addition, she is flexible and willing to work on any project that is
assigned to her. Danielle is extremely organized, reliable, computer literate and a team player.
As an engineer I sometimes find certain disconnects occur when communicating and working with
architects, this is mainly due to conflicting goals. However, Danielle has a very good ability to clearly
articulate and convey information, questions, and answers that has allowed communication to be one of
our team strengths and an important reason for our success.
