FLEXIBILITY AND ABILITY TO RESPOND
WHEN ON THE GROUND
We know travel advisors have to sell our itineraries
so we prepare hand-crafted, picture filled, multi-page
documents with the agency’s logo and information.

We assign one of our team to each travel advisor so
they get to know how they like their documents and
what their clients are like.
We average about 2 - 3 pages per day of itinerary.
Some have said they’re the best documents they’ve
seen in many years.

•	 Picture of the tour guide on the voucher so they can
find them.
•	 Hand crafted gift for the
travelers with a card “from the
travel advisor”, not us, while in
the destination*.
•	 Personalized photo book with
the sites they’ll see before their
trip to get them excited, coming
“from the travel advisor”*.
SIMPLE HUMAN DRIVEN BOOKING PROCESS
•	 Travel advisor in North America calls our US office or
emails their assigned agent.
•	 Our agent responds within 24hrs with questions to try to
get to know the client and gives a timeline for how fast
can they return the proposal. Goal is 24-72 hrs.


•	 Proposal is sent in net USD or CAD.
•	 Proposal is modified or accepted. We charge the
client’s credit card gross or 
agency’s cc net from our
US office so there are no foreign transaction fees. 

•	 We create vouchers and final documents. 

•	 During the trip we send email updates to the travel
advisor with how their clients are. 

•	 TheFridayafterthetripisdonewesendthecommissions
check from our US office.
