- 15. So what did we hear during the December brainstorming session?
- 16. Gardens + public transportation access are important. 1)
- 17. Proximity to Penn Avenue is important. 2)
- 18. 3) Most wanted a tiny (but not teeny tiny) house with a sleeping loft, outdoor space, and laundry.

- 30. Pros & Cons CON - Gingerbread expensive - Steep ladder to bed - No rear door to yard - Bathroom needs to be reconfigured (can’t exit into kitchen) PRO - International Building Code compatible - Separate sleeping area - Gorgeous porch
- 40. Pros & Cons CON - Gingerbread expensive - Steep ladder to bed - No rear door to yard (kitchen would have to be reduced to add back door) PRO - International Building Code compatible - Separate sleeping area - Nice stoop
- 49. Pros & Cons CON - Gingerbread expensive - Steep ladder to loft - No rear door to yard (remove closet to add back door, or move house to back of lot) ! PRO - International Building Code compatible - Separate bedroom PLUS sleeping loft - Nice stoop
