Spain has high unemployment and low competitiveness despite its educated population. The project aims to address this by creating a social network for unemployed individuals to propose fellowship opportunities lasting 1-12 months with social or educational services. This would allow the unemployed to develop skills while services receive tax breaks. Completing a fellowship provides priority for future job openings, and employers get financial advantages for hiring former fellows. The goal is to make better use of people's education and skills to boost the economy.
