1. Recommendation letter
Zahra Mohammadi
I worked intensively with Zahra during five months in the spring of 2014, during the planning and
completion of an international panel visit reviewing the research at the IPR department at
Mälardalen University. Zahra was the manager for the visit at this department and she excelled at its
completion and herself, as well as everyone, involved received a number of recognitions and thanks
for the well-executed event from both external and internal parties, including the international panel
itself, the Vice-Chancellor and the Head of School.
Zahra is a thorough and professional project manager and colleague with a careful attention to detail
and extraordinary ability to manage a complex processes, which in this particular instance, involved a
large number of parties, significant amounts of data and a number of changes and added
information. She lead the team successfully throughout the challenging and uncertain planning phase
and was able to unite wide number of professors and researchers to all work towards one set goal.
In addition, Zahra has a great personality and is fun to work with. She has an ability to make
colleagues feel special and has a motivational character. I would recommend Zahra as a colleague for
most professional positions which require ability to work in complex environments, execution
towards a set goal and careful attention to detail.
