apartments and 11 Undergraduate Student Housing areas (7,600 spaces)
Collaborate with Office of Conduct and Community Standards to revise Residence Life policies
Investigate, adjudicate, and resolve residential disciplinary issues in accordance with conduct policy and
procedure as a Conduct Hearing Officer
Member of leadership team in charge of Corry Village infrastructure and apartment renovations ($26
Millions) as well the construction of the Community Center ($ 3 millions)
Supervise the development of a residential environment for learning
Assist in creating and implementing Graduate and Family Housing Faculty-in-Residence program
Lead facilities and Residence Life staff in designing a $250,000 budget for facilities improvement for
Graduate and Family Housing
Advice Mayors’ Council, Student Organization representing residents of Graduate and Family Housing
Responsible for supervising expenditures and controlling specific expenses within the area ($50,000)
Direct responsibility for budgets for office supplies, photo copying and permanent improvements.
Restructure Graduate and Family Housing staffing, increasing efficiency while using existing financial
resources.
Assist in the preparation of reports that analyze area expenditures, renovations and capital expenditures.
