• Founded in January 2018 and located in Long Island, New York,
APT’s first product, the VacDaddy, is scheduled to rollout in
December 2020-January 2021.
• APT was created to address the pool service industry’s
commercial and retail need for a powerful, easy-to-use, light
weight, continuous power pool vacuum that saves time and
money—an alternative to heavy, bulky pool vacuums.
• Future development includes a smaller version for above
ground pools/spas, warranty products, additional filter bags,
vac-to-waste kit, pool cover, telescoping pole, pool
chlorinator.
• The patent includes alternate use for discharging water from
point A to point B (ie: flooded basements). U.S. market 100M
homes.

WHAT IS THE VACDADDY?
The VacDaddy is a powerful lightweight
pool vacuum that provides cleaner water
in less time for commercial and
residential users. The VacDaddy will
revolutionize the way pools are cleaned!

VACDADDY INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY• Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) international application was filed in January 2018,
enabling APT to seek protection in 152 contracting countries.
• January 8, 2019, United States Patent No. US 10,174,516 B2 was issued for the
VacDaddy.
• The VacDaddy name and logo are trademarks of APT and a Notice of Allowance for
registered trademark was issued by the USPTO.
• In May 2018, APT filed international trademark applications and protection has been
granted in the EU, UK, Australia, Turkey, Switzerland, Mexico and China.
• January 27, 2020, the VacDaddy was granted a Patent Pending for a design patent.
• In summer of 2020 APT applied for patent protection for an additional utility patent
in the US plus two patents (a utility patent and a design patent) in the EU and China.
• August 18, 2020, the VacDaddy was awarded a design Patent Registration from the
EU.

• The initial launch of the VacDaddy will focus on targeting New
York and the big four states—California, Florida, Texas and
Arizona—with the largest geographic distribution (62%) of pool

will help launch the VacDaddy.

managing teams as Director of Sales in several luxury hotels

Industry Expert: Hayward Industries, VP International (Retired),
Bruce Fisher
• Highly regarded leader in the swimming pool industry, with 22 years of
experience at the Hayward Pool Products Division of Hayward Industries
holding the following positions: Vice President of Marketing, VP of Sales,
VP of Sales and Marketing (worldwide), Vice President of Global Marketing
and International Sales and most recently, VP International with line
responsibility for this segment of Hayward’s business.
• During his tenure, Fisher led Hayward's global expansion via strategic
acquisitions and internal growth initiatives. He led the expansion of
Hayward's product line, brand, sales organization, and marketing
department; introduced an industry-leading dealer relationship marketing
program; and drove the growth and profitability of Hayward’s
International business segment.
• An active volunteer within The Association of Pool and Spa Professionals
(APSP) from 2010-2015, Fisher served as Chairman of the Manufacturer's
Council, Chairman of the APSP CEO Search Committee, and was elected to
the Board of Directors of the APSP Trade Association. Fisher volunteered
and held committee positions at SCORE, an organization that mentors
entrepreneurs and small businesses. Fisher also has been an adjunct
professor, teaching Strategic Planning, at NYU’s graduate business school.10

BOARD OF ADVISORS Industry Expert: Hayward Industries, VP International (Retired), Bruce Fisher • Highly regarded leader in the swimming pool industry, with 22 years of experience at the Hayward Pool Products Division of Hayward Industries holding the following positions: Vice President of Marketing, VP of Sales, VP of Sales and Marketing (worldwide), Vice President of Global Marketing and International Sales and most recently, VP International with line responsibility for this segment of Hayward’s business. • During his tenure, Fisher led Hayward's global expansion via strategic acquisitions and internal growth initiatives. He led the expansion of Hayward's product line, brand, sales organization, and marketing department; introduced an industry-leading dealer relationship marketing program; and drove the growth and profitability of Hayward’s International business segment. • An active volunteer within The Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP) from 2010-2015, Fisher served as Chairman of the Manufacturer's Council, Chairman of the APSP CEO Search Committee, and was elected to the Board of Directors of the APSP Trade Association. Fisher volunteered and held committee positions at SCORE, an organization that mentors entrepreneurs and small businesses. Fisher also has been an adjunct professor, teaching Strategic Planning, at NYU’s graduate business school.10
