About the Workshop
The THICKNESS Experience is a Life Coaching Workshop that
shines the light on women’s self-esteem, self confidence,
body image issues and their definition of beauty.
The aim is to inspire women to pay particular attention to
the inner being that is reflected through the outer self.

Nothemba holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering (UCT), a Master's
in Business Leadership, MBL (UNISA, School of Business Leadership, SBL) as well as
certificates in Management Development (UCT) and Brewing from the Institute of
Brewing & Distilling (UK).
She completed a Brain-Based Professional Coaching Certificate from Results Coaching
System (ACC), powered by the Neuroleadership Group. She holds a Multiple Brain
Integration Technique Coaching Certificate (mBIT International) and an Associate
Coaching Course (ACC) from the Centre of Coaching (UCT Graduate School of Business)
and currently completing the Professional Coaching Course (PCC). The coaching
qualifications are accredited by Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA) and
the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has certificates in Starting & Managing a
Small Business (UCT, GetSmarter) and Building a Coaching Practice (Results Coaching
System).
As a professional coach, Nothemba specialises in Life, Career, Wellness and Executive
Coaching for individuals, teams and in organisations.
She has experience in World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Project Management,
Production Plant Management and Change Management; gained in the manufacturing
and mining industries.
