INTRODUCTION
What is Authorization?
Authorization is the process of allowing an entity to have access to something or perform
specific actions.
What is a System?
A system is a set of things working together as parts of a mechanism or an interconnecting
network; a complex whole.
A system is a group of interacting or interrelated elements that act according to a set of rules to
form a unified whole.
A system, surrounded and influenced by its environment, is described by its boundaries,
structure and purpose and is expressed in its functioning.
Systems have several common properties and characteristics, including structure, function(s),
behavior and interconnectivity.
This world we live in is a complex habitation, it consists of different system of things that are
linked in a close yet complicated way (to those that are not enlightened), and this world is
somehow interconnected as a network.
It requires certain knowledge and understanding to know why certain things happen, in order
to record a breakthrough in a desired area of life. The world itself is governed by principles and
living beings must abide by them
The study of living matter is called anthology, but if u are too closely examine the subject of
anthology, you will discover to say it fails to explain the system of things to a dipper level but
stands to argue.
Let's consider this Bible scripture, shall we:
For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so
no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God.
2:11 NKJV
The scripture is clear that no man can ever know the things of God, except by the Spirit of God.
Remember all things are of God, so when one tries to study anything using an approach that is
not by the revelation of God, that method or procedure leads to the school of error.

This principle is teaching us that you cannot know anything that is external unless you have that
something internally. Just as it is unless you have an inward Spirit of God in order to understand
Him externally or you must register something in your memory in order for you to recognize it
Everything that you know cannot be known by you but everything you know must be known by
what you know. In other words what you know knows itself. So in this book the system of
authorization I am going to give you information that you need to absorb in your inside in order
to access dominion while you stile live.
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed,
rightly dividing the word of truth.

ONE WORLD, TWO REALMS MULTIPLE DIMENSIONS
The world is the totality of entities, the whole of reality, or everything that exists. The nature of
the world has been conceptualized differently in different fields. Some conceptions see the
world as unique while others talk of a "plurality of worlds". Some treat the world as one simple
object while others analyze the world as a complex made up of parts.
The Bible teaches that the world is more than what we see with our natural eyes; there are two
distinct realms the spiritual and the natural.
In scientific cosmology, the world or universe is commonly defined as the totality of all space
and time; all that is, has been, and will be". Theories of modality talk of possible worlds as
complete and consistent ways how things could have been. Phenomenology, starting from the
horizon of co-given objects present in the periphery of every experience, defines the world as
the biggest horizon or the "horizon of all horizons".
In philosophy of mind, the world is contrasted with the mind as that which is represented by
the mind. Theology conceptualizes the world in relation to God, for example, as God's creation;

Genesis 1:1
The heaven cannot be seen with our naked eyes, which is sure proof that, the world is more
than what we see. Science also aligns with this concept by actually making discoveries of
organisms that are micro and cannot be noticed by a human eye. There is more to the world
than what we see.
Dual Aspect of Creation
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things
which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
Hebrews 11:3
First of all before any argument the Bible says by faith we understand; so the writer of Hebrews
is raising a point to say if this does not make sense to you, it only means you luck faith nothing
else and nothing less. It takes a lot of faith to accept this statement.
The scriptures are saying the things we see are derived from a different world that is invisible.
This is already an introduction of a world in the world. Also did you notice that the writer of
Hebrews said the worlds not the world as in one, but the question is what are these other
worlds?

It is the heavens or the kingdom of God.
By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of
his mouth
Psalms 33:6
The account of Creation in Genesis just says he created heaven and earth but later concentrates
on earth being put in form, but the writer of Hebrews whom I believe to be Paul says the
creation of the earth is actually a photocopy of what God already did in heaven because Psalms
33:6 says by his word and breath, the heavens were created.
We see the same in the account of the earth creation, were God spoke things and they existed
and when He formed man from the ground He breathed into him and man become a living soul
(Gen 2:7) but prior to that he said let us create man in our own image (Gen 1:23).
After God created the world; He reproduced Himself, now since He is invisible (A Spirit) man
was also invisible until God toured to earth and picked soil from the ground that he had already
made visible and formed what will make man operate in a physical environment. This is the
body that had the five senses to help man perceive his environment.
So man now has dual existence that is determined by either a physical perception or a spiritual
perception which we can also refer to as a physical eye and a spiritual eye.
The eye is seen as a window through which light enters into the being. The saying makes sense
in a picturesque way when interpreted in terms of the ancient extramission theory of vision.
The proverbial notion that the eye is the lamp of the body suggests that the eye emits rays
when looking.
According to the custom to find a direct correlation between body and character in ancient
understanding the state of an eye signifies the internal character of a being. Therefore the
description of the physical eye should be interpreted in ethical terms. Sight is a function of
moral light within a person. The eye is the channel from which innermost moral attitudes of the
heart flows. In the eyes the character and moral quality of a person are reflected.
The gist of this saying is: If the eye is healthy, it functions as the light of the body and indicates
that the owner is sincere, generous and helpful. The owner has moral integrity and seeks the
welfare of others. But when the eye turns bad and evil, it indicates that the owner is stingy and
envious, even to the point of wishing that the wealth of others be destroyed.
The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.

The eye is what makes you see your environment, in common English it is the sense of
perception. This will mean in order to see in the spiritual environment, you need a spiritual eye.

Every person is created with dual citizenship; you are earthy but also belong to the kingdom of
God. So in all things that you do you must be aware of this fact. The kingdom of God is the
Heavenlies. It should also be noted that it is not a Geographic location.
Heaven is a place, but not a particular space. We must keep in mind that time and space are
finite concepts; God is not bound by them, nor could God live in one physical place, as we think
of it, because the physical universe is his creation and cannot contain him.
Heaven exists wherever God is. Let me give a practical example; when the president boards on
any plane, that plane is automatically called Air force one. Note that there is no plane brand
called Air force one but the presence of the head of state on that plane makes it Air force one.
The same way heaven is a place where God is.
Jesus said, “The kingdom of heaven is at hand” (Mt 4:17), meaning that, since God took on flesh,
heaven itself is here, among us. After death, our experience of heaven will be to enter fully into
the intimate Realm, to our everlasting and perfect joy. To the extent that we participate in that
Realm while on earth, we begin to share the joy of heaven now. The old preacher once said “All
the way to heaven is heaven.” I can also add on to say if you are not in heaven now then you
will never enter there, hence the need to be aware of your spiritual environment. You are
presently in the place where you will spend eternity.
And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ
Jesus
Ephesians 6:2 NIV
The distance between the physical realms to the spirit world is determined by the mind. If you
understand that God lives in you it simply means heaven is in you. However, Heaven is within
us, in the sense that each Christian is a temple of the indwelling Spirit of God. But it is no more
accurate to say that heaven is only within us than it is to say that, by virtue of our receiving the
sacraments, Jesus exists only within us. God and heaven live within us but they also have an
objective life beyond us as well.

The fact remains that God is sovereign but we also need to understand that he can be limited as
well. Yes God never fails but it all depends on the condition of work. Sometimes it is as if God is
limited and the only thing that limits his sovereignty is his own word.
My covenant I will not break, Nor alter the word that has gone out of My lips.
l 89:34 NKJV
Whatever God has said is what he does, meaning every work that God does must align with His
sayings and if not he will not do it. So in order to understand what God has said about the earth
we need to go back to what he has said about the earth and how business is to be handled on
earth. Let's examine the concluding remarks after creating the earth and all that exists in it.
So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female
He created them.

subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every
living thing that moves on the earth.
Ge e 1:27-
We see here God declaring Himself that he has given man a mandate to subdue and dominate
the earth. God handed over the instruments of power to man to rule the physical Realm while
He remained supreme in the spiritual realm.
Please don't misunderstand my statement.
Man is primarily dominating the earth on behalf of God or representing God as the King of the
earth. Man is in charge of the earth because God has put him so man cannot function without
God, his Source. The source of every creation is its sustainer. When God was creating man, He
spoke to Himself. Man came out of the being of God and was created like God.
Just like the fish must stay in the water, its source, to continue to live, man must stay in God to
continue to live and function. This means man cannot dominate the earth without God. Man’s
dominion on earth is an extension of God’s dominion so it must be exercised with the power
and influence of God.
God will not act on the earth until man invites Him, every action taken by God in the earthly
realm required and still requires the involvement of a human being. To rescue humanity in the
flood, He needed Noah. For the creation of a nation, He needed Abraham. To lead the nation of
Israel, He needed Moses.

To bring back Israel from captivity, He needed Daniel. To defeat Jericho, He needed Joshua. For
the preservation of the Hebrews, He needed Esther. For the salvation of mankind, He needed to
become a man. (Mathew 1:23)
This is because man’s dominion over the earth is an absolute one. God is not holding back any
authority over earth outside man. Man is the only authorized channel by which God can act on
earth because of what He said in Genesis when He created man.
That’s why man need to always pray and not retire on that action. Prayer is the legal system of
authorization that allows God to function in the affairs of the earth realm. Prayer is therefore
the platform for inviting God to earth. You can now understand the first definition of prayer.
Prayer is man giving God the legal right and permission to interfere in earth’s affairs. Prayer is
man giving heaven license to influence earth. Prayer is a terrestrial license for celestial
interference.

PRAYER AS A SYSTEM OF AUTHORIZATION
Although prayer is the only activity that every single religion of the world has in common, it is
the most misunderstood concept, at least for Christians based on God’s original idea and design
of how prayer should work.
When we normally go in prayer mostly, we tend to ask God what we want, but true and
genuine prayer really means something else.
To cultivate a lifestyle of prayer and pray effectively, every Christian must first understand why
they must pray, then understand the principles of prayer, how they should pray.
What is Prayer?
Prayer is man giving God the legal right and permission to interfere in earth’s affairs.
Prayer is man giving heaven earthly license to influence earth.
Prayer is man exercising his legal authority on earth to invoke heaven’s influence on the planet.
Prayer is not just an activity, a ritual, or an obligation. Nor is it begging God to do what we want
Him to do. It is communion and communication with God that touches His heart.
When you understand the principles of the art of prayer, you will begin to communicate with
God with power, grace, and confidence.
Allow me to tutor you further: anyone can preach, teach the word, also study the Bible but not
anyone can pray, because prayer takes discipline and sacrifice.
Man is in control of the earth:
During the creation of man, God said, “ e u ke l ke u d le ve d
ve e e .” So we see that man’s assignment on earth is to extend the ruler ship and
dominion God has in heaven to earth.
Genesis 1:26

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female
created he them.

So man is given dominion over anything moving on earth, this simply means even if the demon
was to come on earth, it's under subjection of man and man excises his authority in the ritual
called prayer.
In this context prayer is a supernatural system of authorization that allows God to intervene in
the affairs of man. The most health measure of a person's life is direct proportion on the
understanding of prayer. Your prayer life is what determines how successful you became in
handling this Earth realm. Also the most accurate measure of your spiritual life is your prayer
life and not anything else.
No matter what else is working in your life for as long as your prayer life is dead, you are not
spiritual, because it's only during prayer that the spiritual realm share an atmosphere with the
physical hence why even miracles, signs and wonders manifest during prayer sessions.
Prayer is one of practices that is hated by many either because of the spiritual energy it involves,
or even the sacrifice that is required in the ministry of prayer, but throughout scriptures in the
Bible believers are encouraged to pray.

To an extent where the Bible encourages believers to be continues in prayer. The kind of prayer
where you do not stop. If you ever want God working in your affairs authorize him to do so and
do it regularly until it becomes a life style.
Pray without ceasing,
Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
1 Thessalonians 5:17 - 1
And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to
faint;

Sir Thomas Buxton said; you know the value of prayer: it is precious beyond all price. Never,
never neglect it--
Edward Payson the general of God had this to say; Prayer is the first thing, the second thing, the
third thing necessary to a minister. Pray, then, my dear brother: pray, pray, pray—
Please prayer as a system of authorization is not the only reason for prayer, because prayer has
many dimensions. Nevertheless I strongly believe that the highest dimension is using prayer as
a system of legalizing the supernatural to find expression in the natural.
Prayer is also best exercised with a technology we call Alta of prayer. This leads us to another
system of authorization, An Alta.

AN ALTAR AS A SYSTEM OF AUTHORIZATION
The word altar comes from the Latin altārium, meaning "high," and also to the Latin adolere,
which means "to ritually burn or sacrifice," which suggests its early purpose as detailed in the
Bible. Nowadays, the altar is the place for non-sacrificial religious rites such as communion or
weddings, and is a metaphor for offerings.
An altar is a raised area in an Environment of worship where people can honor God with
offerings, Also is a space in one's house dedicated for praise and worship. An Alta is a believer’s
secret place.
An Alta is a platform where covenants are made, activated and maintained. The reason why the
covenant of salvation works (New covenant) it's because Jesus, carried his on blood and went
to pour it on an altar erected in the Heavenlies. The write of Hebrews clarifies that in Hebrew
chapter 9:11-26.
The scripture explains that what was done in the old covenant was a shadow, an example of
what is to come. Then when Jesus come he performed it once and for all. That explains the
reason when Mary, met Him, he had this to say;
Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my
brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and
your God.
20:17
But within the same line of scriptures but eight (8) days later, you discover that he authorized
Thomas to teach Him;
Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy
hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.
20:27
When Jesus rose on the third day He had to take the blood from the sacrifice to the Holiest of
Holies and offer it to the Father to see if it was an acceptable sacrifice for the sins of the world.
When the priest carried the blood to the Holiest of Holies the tabernacle of the congregation
was to be empty so that no one would touch the High Priest thereby making void the sacrifice.
If that happened then the priest would have to start all over with another complete sacrifice.

The Garden outside the tomb was Jesus’ Tabernacle of the Congregation. It was to be empty
when Jesus came through. But since Mary was there Jesus had to get Mary to not touch him
and make his sacrifice void thus his statement “Touch Me Not”. Jesus then sent Mary on to tell
the disciples so that she would be out of the area, thus clearing the Tabernacle of the
Congregation, so that he would be able to proceed to take the blood offering to the Father and
complete his atonement sacrifice. If Mary had touched Jesus his sacrifice would have not been
any good and another sacrifice would have had to be completed by the laws of God for the
Atonement sacrifice. (I refer back to Lev 6:25-27 as to who could touch the sacrifices.) There
was not another sacrifice available to be offered (no backup plan) so Jesus had to ensure that
the original plan was not destroyed
No covenant works without an Alta, an Alta is what gives life to a covenant more like an engine
in a car or a battery in a microphone. Every successful believer in handling spiritual affairs has
recorded a breakthrough with the correct use of an Alta. To be successful on earth, one must
understand the technology of altars. The question can be; how do I make an altar?
One of the ways to build an Alta is consistency of a prayer practice in one region. The
atmosphere will become spiritually influenced. Consistency invokes the realm of the spirit. You
don’t even need to complicate the appearance of the place by painting it certain colors or
putting in certain pictures. That’s why prayers done at the mountain dedicated for prayers is
more effectual than a prayer done in a living room.
In this life I have come to understand that there certain manifestation that impartations can't
give you, until you dig a well yourself and draw your own from the well of the supernatural.
One needs to have a prayer Alta to be introduced to certain dimensions.
The voice of the spirit is heard from an Alta hence one every believer needs an Alta, in order to
practice the art of hearing God. An Alta is a legal place were spirits finds expression in the
natural. An altar is a legal system of authorization that the spirit world communicates to the
physical. An Alta is like a decoder that receives spiritual signals and Covent it in a more physical
to allow us understand.
From the early generations of man, the technology of embracing an altar has been in practice.
Remember man by design is made with intuition, knowing what to do. Man understood the
technology of Alta’s intuitively.
The first time the word altar is mentioned in the Hebrew Bible was during the time of Noah.
Then Noah built an altar to the LORD and, taking some of all the clean animals and clean
birds, he sacrificed burnt offerings on it.

ground because of humans, even though every inclination of the human heart is evil from
childhood. And never again will I destroy all living creatures, as I have done.
Genesis 8:20-21
We see here that after Noah belt an altar and sacrificed thereafter, that was a system he used
to authorize God to make the first Covenant with man, this was way before the old covenant
was established.
The bible says;
“ e d e c g, decl e e d, when I will make a new covenant with the people of
Israel and with the people of Judah.
It will not be like the covenant I made with their fathers, because they did not remain faithful
to my covenant, and I turned away from them, declares the Lord.
Hebrews 8:7-8
This scripture is as a fulfillment of Jeremiahs prophecy found in Jeremiah 31:31-33. The word
of God was clear that what we consider old covenant started during the exodus of the Israelites
from Egypt. The bible puts it this way; the covenant I made when I took them by the hand to
lead them out of Egypt.
This is evidence that Genesis is not old covenant or testament, meaning altars are not old
covenant technology but it is a system established by God to make him legal on earth. It is like a
window to allow the spiritual realm find expression on earth.
Altars can be physical monument, institution or people. For example;
Physical monument (stones, table, pulpit etc.)
From there he went on toward the hills east of Bethel and pitched his tent, with Bethel on the
west and Ai on the east. There he built an altar to the LORD and called on the name of the
LORD.
Genesis 12:8
This is the story of Abraham,
Now what Abraham erected was a monument altar made of stones. God renewed a covenant
with him of making his offspring a great multitude in number. This is sure proof that an altar is a

system of authorization that gives the spiritual realm ability to establish covenants with the
physical.
How do we know that what Abraham erected was a monument of stones?
We later read;
Jacob left Beersheba and set out for Harran
When he reached a certain place, he stopped for the night because the sun had set. Taking one
of the stones there, he put it under his head and lay down to sleep.
He had a dream in which he saw a stairway resting on the earth, with its top reaching to
heaven, and the angels of God were ascending and descending on it.
There above it stood the LORD, and he said: “I am the LORD, the God of your father Abraham
and the God of Isaac. I will give you and your descendants the land on which you are lying.
Your descendants will be like the dust of the earth, and you will spread out to the west and to
the east, to the north and to the south. All peoples on earth will be blessed through you and
your offspring
I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land. I
will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.”
When Jacob awoke from his sleep, he thought, “Surely the LORD is in this place, and I was not
aware of it.”
He was afraid and said, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God;
this is the gate of heaven.”
Early the next morning Jacob took the stone he had placed under his head and set it up as a
pillar and poured oil on top of it.
And he called the name of that place Bethel: but the name of that city was called Luz at the
first
Genesis 28:11-20
So here we are told Jacob picked a stone to use as a pillow, not knowing it was one of the
stones his grandfather used to make an altar. When he slept on an altar the spiritual dimension
was open and behold the God that Abraham authorized appeared and renewed the covenant
he made with Abraham in Jacob, why because Jacob came in contact with the altar.

Man can feint in prayer but the day they have access to an altar, man get revived. We can see
that Jacob did not even pray. But his contact with the altar gave him access to the supernatural
yet fostering revival.
And this stone, which I have set for a pillar, shall be God's house: and of all that thou shalt
give me I will surely give the tenth unto thee.
Genesis 28:22
Jacob under the inspiration called the altar, the house of God and vowed to be renewing his
convent with God by giving tithe of all his gathering. There are two things we learn here first is
that, an altar is the house of God on Earth second is that to renew the covenant of an altar man
should service an altar with a vow that he always have to keep.
An institution as an altar;
And Solomon stood before the altar of the LORD in the presence of all the congregation of
Israel, and spread forth his hands toward heaven:
1 kings 8:22
This scripture tells us to say Solomon stood before an Altar, in the presence of the entire
congregation. We can conclude that this modern day pulpit he stood upon. Then he offered a
prayer that has ushered us into another form of an altar.
But will God indeed dwell on the earth? behold, the heaven and heaven of heavens cannot
contain thee; how much less this house that I have builded?
Yet have thou respect unto the prayer of thy servant, and to his supplication, O LORD my
God, to hearken unto the cry and to the prayer, which thy servant prayeth before thee to
day:
That thine eyes may be open toward this house night and day, even toward the place of
which thou hast said, My name shall be there: that thou mayest hearken unto the prayer
which thy servant shall make toward this place
1 Kings 8:26-29
He begun by acknowledging that indeed the supreme God can not dwell on earth but for the
sake of his wanting God to be present here, the king said let your attention be upon this
temple.

King Solomon added ‘’ hearken unto the prayer which thy servant shall make toward this place’’
towards doesn’t me in that particular place.
Towards in the oxford dictionary is defined as “in the direction of” meaning Solomon’s request
was whosoever that prays in the direction of the temple, no matter their standing with God.
God just has to respond to their request.
So the temple in Jerusalem was made as an altar to act as a system of authorization, permitting
God to respond to the earth incase people needed his intervention.
We see this being practiced by Daniel. We read;
Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows
being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day,
and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.
Daniel 6:10
When Daniel learnt that there was a decree not favoring his worship, he decided to go and pray
to reverse the mater by using the prayer technique of facing Jerusalem. His prayer point is not
mentioned but we see the answer to the prayer.
I make a decree, That in every dominion of my kingdom men tremble and fear before the God
of Daniel: for he is the living God, and stedfast for ever, and his kingdom that which shall not
be destroyed, and his dominion shall be even unto the end.
Daniel 6:26
By this we can conclude that Daniel’s prayer point was to reverse the king’s decree against his
worship and establish a decree that will favor the worship of the one true God. Now because he
was praying towards Jerusalem no matter how it seemed as if he was in danger he imaged
victorious and had his prayer answered.
A person as an altar of God;
Without controversy, we have people that have done so much business with the spiritual realm
to a point that they have become living altars. An altar traps a certain dimension of the spirit in
this context of God. There certain people that moves with a certain dimension when in a place,
a certain manifestation begin to occur.
For example;

And Saul sent messengers to take David: and when they saw the company of the prophets
prophesying, and Samuel standing as appointed over them, the Spirit of God was upon the
messengers of Saul, and they also prophesied.
And when it was told Saul, he sent other messengers, and they prophesied likewise. And Saul
sent messengers again the third time, and they prophesied also.
And he went thither to Naioth in Ramah: and the Spirit of God was upon him also, and he
went on, and prophesied, until he came to Naioth in Ramah.
And he stripped off his clothes also, and prophesied before Samuel in like manner, and lay
down naked all that day and all that night. Wherefore they say, Is Saul also among the
prophets?
1 Samuel 19:20-24
Whoever that comes closer to Samuel started prophesying in a Samuel like manner. Meaning
Samuel was himself an embodiment of the prophetic. You wouldn’t need anyone to pray for
your eyes to open to the spirit in Prophet Samuels’s time, but all you needed to do is pay
Samuel a visit.
That’s the reason why even the army of Saul and Saul himself that visited Prophet Samuel not
for an agenda of prophesying but with an arresting permit against David found themselves
prophesying unwantedly hence showing that Samuel was an altar of prophesy.
There people even in this generation that have given their bodies as an altar to God therefor
later in this book we shall explain the concept of the body as the system of authorization, but
first let’s consider decrees and declarations.

DECREES AND DECLARATION AS A SYSTEM OF AUTHORIZATION
The word “decree” and “declare” are used together in Christian prayers and mean distinctively
two separate things. Let’s take a look at the definition of declare. The word declare comes from
the Hebrew word “achvah” which means to “make known” or “to set forth an accounting”.
A decree is a legal term made by a person or persons in authority, such as a King, a government,
a judge, a group of jurors, or elected officials over the region
According to Dictionary.com, decree is defined as “a formal and authoritative order having the
force of law; a judicial decision or order. Google’s definition includes “a mandate; proclamation;
edict; command; an official order issued by a legal authority.” Other definitions include “to
state emphatically; to show; reveal; manifest; and to declare one’s position in a controversy.”
The Bible states “Thou shalt also decree a thing and it shall be established unto thee and the
light shall shine upon thy ways”.
Job 22:28
Many of us have read this passage without understanding the power of what this Word from
God truly means. Let’s go further.
The word established is defined as:” to set up on a firm or permanent basis; to achiever
permanent acceptance or recognition for, to sow, reveal to be true based on the facts.” Any
person who makes a decree must be in a position of power and authority.
As Christians, we are reminded that Jesus gave us all authority to trample on snakes and
scorpions and over all the power of the evil one so that nothing can harm us. Luke 10:19
Scripture also reminds us in that; Jesus has given us the keys to the kingdom of heaven and
whatever we bind on earth will be bound in heaven and whatever we loose on earth will be
loosed in heaven when we pray in His Name. Matthew 16:18-19
There are many other verses on spiritual authority. We are further reminded that the tongue
has the power of life and death. Proverbs 18:21
Just as God spoke everything into existence, we as His children have a powerful weapon in our
Words. We can declare blessings or curses upon our lives and others.
There are diverse kinds of prayers and a Christian should be knowledgeable in all. We should
know that we have the power to make a decree too. When we come face-to-face with the
devil, it is not time to run to the closet and pray. It is time for action; time to wake up the
anointing and the word of God within and issue a decree.

God rules by declaration and decrees and orders things into existence. His language is “Let
there be!” Right in the face of trouble, there is no room to legislate or perambulate. There is no
compromise, negotiation or talking. What is required is an order, a decree. It is a proven
theological fact that the righteous has the right to make declarations and decrees, they come to
pass. Elijah made decrees. Moses did, Joshua made decrees and Jesus did and there were
definite results. Believers have a right empowered by the Lord Jesus to make decrees which
come to pass.
What kind of country would you want to live in? What kind of community or state do you
desire? You can achieve it through declarations and decrees. The desires of the righteous shall
not be cut off. It shall be granted, an exceeding great army. Jesus said to His disciples;
“Ve l u u, W eve e ll b d e ll be b u d in heaven: and
w eve e ll l e e ll be l ed e ve .”
Matthew 18:18
Spiritual decrees do not stem from natural laws but from supernatural laws. When scripture
talks of calling those things which are not as though they were, what comes to my mind is to
declare the decree of faith.
As we can see, God has truly given us authority to equip us in our walk. Sadly, most of us are
not using this authority, thus not walking in as much victory as Our Heavenly Father has
provided for us.
A person can also use a decree in authority to establish others into authority, such as officials
who are appointed positions instead of elected into it. The persons in authority have the legal
right to influence and make decrees over the region, people, and areas in which they have been
given authority or oversight. For example, the mayor of a city only has influence and authority
over that particular city, and governors of a state only has influence and authority over that
particular state, so on and so forth. A church example is a lead pastor having the authority to
ordain other pastors or appoint leaders into positions of influence.
Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine
upon thy ways.
Job 22:28
If you do not have the authority to change the rules and laws for a person, a group, or a region,
your decrees will be seen as void, nullified, or witchcraft if your decrees are against a person’s
will. Throughout the Bible, you will find that decrees are made by individuals who are Kings, in

the office of a Prophet (under authority), or a government official with authority given to them
by someone in authority.
I will proclaim the LORD’s decree: He said to Me, ‘You are My Son, Today I have begotten You.
Ask of Me, and I will surely give the nations as Your inheritance, And the very ends of the
earth as Your possession. ‘You shall break them with a rod of iron, You shall shatter them like
earthenware.'”
Psalms 2:7-9
Except a child of God rises to the occasion and makes a decree concerning certain challenges of
life, change does not take place. Nothing will happen. In the above Psalm the Lord God was
prophesying about Jesus who has today replicated Himself in many believing Christians. There
are countless representatives of the Lord Jesus now who have the power to arise on regular
basis and make decrees concerning issues of life based on their God given rights
We, as children of God, have a right to decree things into being from the realm of the Spirit.
Believers ought not to allow drift and waste to continue. God has put sufficient impetus into
His children to change situations through decrees. The heathen may apply charms but the
blood of Jesus is available to the believer to torpedo things and the wicked cannot cross the
bloodline. A child of God decrees things by faith and goes to sleep certain that angels have
taken up the battle. His decree activates the Holy Spirit who goes to work to establish things.
Little wonder when men are cast down, there shall be a lifting up for God’s servants.
A man that makes a decree is a man in authority; a man above situations and circumstances, in
full possession of the spirit. They that do know their God, shall be strong and do exploits. He
can speak authoritatively to situations and instant remedies ensue. We have within us the
power, nature and ability of God. When we issue orders in the name of Jesus, those things
which are not shall come to be. We can only be like our father who decreed things into being in
the beginning. As soon as we are baptized in the Holy Ghost, the authority to issue decrees is in
place and one can authoritatively speak to circumstances with instant remedy.
Decrees and Declarations are an opinion expressed with authority. Do you ever get angry
righteously? Where is your righteous anger? Why allow sickness to continue when the word of
God says by His stripes we are healed? Why would you watch while the enemy crosses the
bloodline? Why will you be bound when Jesus has set you free? Elijah was flesh and blood. He
feared Jezebel, a woman, and ran for his life, desiring even death. Yet at Elijah’s decree, rain
ceased for a period of three and a half years. Fire came down from heaven and many other
miracles happened. How long will you continue to suffer on account of the fact that you don’t
know your rights? Arise and become a friend of God and grow in anointing. Become righteous
because God does not hear sinners. There is a fight to be fought, issues to be settled. Begin to

issue decrees. Joshua did and scripture notes there was no day like that when God hearkened
to the voice of a man. Joshua commanded the moon and the sun and God ensured compliance.
Then spake Joshua to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before
the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and
thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon.
And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon
their enemies. Is not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of
heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day.
Joshua 10:12-13
You can command the sun to stand still for the sun is a work of His hand. You can command
and demolish sicknesses. You may command the rain, sun and the wind if they stand in the way
of your divine assignment
God has put everything unto the authority of man. He said, Go into the world and subdue it.
“And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the
earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air,
and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.”
Genesis 1:28
You should be in a place where you rule not where you are subjugated. You should be in a place
where your anointing makes the enemy capitulate and bow. This is the level of exaltation God
has given us. God sees a believer as his extension. A believer’s decree is God’s though from the
mouth of His servant. Elijah certainly reached a limit when he issued decrees and fire
descended from heaven and consumed men.

heaven, and consume thee and thy fifty. And the fire of God came down from heaven, and

2 Kings 1:12
When persons rise to fight a church over lands and other properties, they take a life and death
risk. Before long they experience inexplicable plagues and will probably not know their origin. It
is a dangerous risk to distract any on divine assignment. When Korah and his cohorts
confronted Moses he said to them;

I have not done them of mine own mind. If these men die the common death of all men, or if
they be visited after the visitation of all men; then the LORD hath not sent me. But if the
LORD make a new thing, and the earth open her mouth, and swallow them up, with all that
appertain unto them, and they go down quick into the pit; then ye shall understand that

Numbers 16:28-30
The ground clave asunder under Korah and company and swallowed them with their houses,
families and goods. You don’t mess with those who do know their God. You don’t poke fingers
in the eyes of God’s servants in who lie great anointing.
Paul said to Elymas “Be blind for a season” and he stumbled around looking for someone to
guide him by the hand.
“And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the
sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about
seeking some to lead him by the hand.”
Acts 13:11
As a believer, you can decree things in any direction you desire and they come to pass.

rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. And he

James 5:17-18
When Jesus decreed death to a fig tree, it dried up,
“And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves
only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward forever. And presently the fig
tree withered away.”
Matthew 21:19
When they passed that way the next day his disciples took notice, Jesus told them, “You can
say to this mountain be thou removed.” (V21). You can do the same to every ugly situation on
your way.

The kingdom is established by decrees and declarations. Your opponent does not need to
understand before he obeys. How long will you allow circumstances to rule you? Rise in the
power of the spirit and decree things into being. Make a decree how your health should be. You
can do it because you have the authority.
The bible says “… but the people that do know their God shall be strong and do exploits.”
Daniel 11:32
The secret to making decrees is in the knowledge of God. None can make a decree above the
revelation he has received. It is by the measure of revelation you have in Jesus that you can
raise in the spirit and say “Satan, give way!”
By decrees you can conquer territories and occupy it. Time has come to get angry in the spirit
and make decrees concerning your circumstances. Military governments rule by decrees. As it
works in the natural, so it is in the supernatural. In the midst of confusion, trouble and
unrighteousness, police cases, court cases, oppression, satanic gang-ups, make a decree and set
the aggressors to flight. When a wicked government or ruler is in authority, declare a decree
and put a change in place.

THE BODY AS A SYSTEM OF AUTHORISATION
Much has been talked about prayer, altars and declaration as power packed methods of
commanding things on Earth but less has been talked about the body. In my book The Supreme
Kingdom a chapter was dedicated to explaining the body in relationship to the glory on earth. A
body is actually an advantage to anyone that wants to be in authority in the realm of man, the
earth.
I have been in prayer meetings where people are given prayer points to kill the physical body, if
you are familiar with the charismatic setup then perhaps you have come to hear of such. The
truth is on earth you need the body to be in dominance. So praying for your body to die while
you are still alive is praying amiss.
The body is a legal system of authorization that allows somebody to do business on earth.
Without which any action is illegal. Any spirit or soul is at the mercy of the body to find
expression on Earth.
Let's carefully analyze this scripture;
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion
over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the
earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female
created he them.
Genesis 1:26-27
There was a meeting within the community of the Godhead, before the creation of man and
the agenda was, what will he look like and the conclusion was man will be the exact match as
God. Now God is king and has Dominion so if man is in the image of God then he is king and has
Dominion. But God was careful enough because in the beginning he made two realms.
We read;
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Ge e 1:1
God mad the heavens and the earth and when he created his copy he said '' let them have
dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all
the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth".
He gave man power over anything that moves on Earth.

Furthermore God toured to earth and formed a body that was a working suit for anyone on
earth and that differentiates God from man. God rules the spiritual realm in the spiritual body
and made man to rule the earth with a physical body.
This can mean a spirit on earth is under subjection to man. That's why when man lost contact
with the spiritual realm because of sin consciousness, God did not violent the principles of
dominance governing the realms.
God got permission from a physical person to borrow a womb so that He can be born as man to
have legal function to redeem the one that lost dominion in the physical realm as a result of
death. That's where we get the name of Jesus or should I call Him Immanuel which means God
with us.
Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, And they shall call his name
lmmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
M ew 1:23
This passage of scripture is referred to as the announcement of the birth of Jesus to Joseph, I
want to add on that before the announcement which was a fulfillment of prophesies and Isaiah
was one of the people that prophesied his coming.
Let's read it as Isaiah put concerning this supernatural birth;
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his
shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The
everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
9:6
So the one to be born is to be called, Might God, Everlasting Father. Meaning this Immanuel,
God with us is actually the Almighty God, also the Father with no end. When dealing with
doctrinal issues concerning God, a Jew understand better.
Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:
Deu e 6:4
So every average Jew understands that God is one and is not three entities as some Christians
teach today. So the same Might God is the one that was born as man so that He can be legal to
function on earth. Since the principles that regulate the dominion on earth are within the
physical body hence God became like his subject in order to suit the realm.
Paul talking to Timothy said;

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh,
justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world,
received up into glory.
3:16
He said without arguments, the Mystery is this God was manifest in the flesh, John put it this
way; the word became flesh, but put in mind that he began by introducing the word as God.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
1:1
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of
the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
1:14
I can put down many scripture that proves that Jesus is God but that is not the subject of this
podium. I want you to understand that even God on earth is at the mercy of a body in order to
have full expression. This is evidence that even the devil has no power on earth unless he
possesses a body. That is the reason why demons possess human so they can have legal
function on earth also God in the person of the Holy Spirit must possess a man to find
expression on earth, coupled with the name of Jesus Christ, somebody becomes supernatural,
because Jesus is a man.
The Bible puts it this way;
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
1 Timothy 2:5
Christ is the Man or should I call him Immanuel, which is God in human form. All in all God
became man to redeem man in a territory where man is in charge, the earthly physical realm.
It’s not by chance that Paul writing to Timothy called Him the Man.
Let me share a personal encounter I had with a demon on my eagle mountain of prayer. It was
on a beautiful Friday that I decided to go to the mountain just to have intimacy with the God of
my faith, the great ‘’ I Am’’. On Friday, it was a beautiful prayer and had encounters then on
Saturday night something happened.
After I did some midnight prayers I decided to rest a little bit and from nowhere the
atmosphere changed, all of the suddenly I felt weak and heavy. Then a demon appeared

holding a crocodile. I got terrified because it managed to change my atmosphere then I
decided to call upon God but it was as if my mouth was shut.
Then I realized that the demon violated the principle of dominion, first a crocodile is not a
mountain creature also the earth is the realm of the sons of men, immediately I realized that I
received supper strength and I shouted ‘’devil who is your mother!!!.’’
When I shouted ‘’who is your mother’’ power changed hands and the demon that appeared in
a body that I cannot describe, trembled and started to vanish into the rock until it disappeared.
So if I didn’t have the knowledge of authorization the demon would have taken advantage of
my ignorance to an extent maybe of bringing fear until I harm myself, example failing from the
mountain top.
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge
Hosea 4:6
The devil is aware that he cannot harm anyone on earth because he is in the low rank of
commanding anything on earth. The earth in its design only responds to people born of a
woman. The body is a legal license to have things work for you.
For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.
Romans 8:19
Another translation puts it this way;
For *even the whole+ creation (all nature) waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God’s sons
to be made known [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their son ship].
So all creatures on earth are waiting for the introduction of the sons, creatures are eagerly
waiting to be commanded by the sons of God because there all designed and pre wired to
submit to authority and the supreme on earth is exercised through man.
Now seeing that the sons of God can make some individuals confused but sons of God are
simply a people led by the spirit. The bible says;
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
Romans 8:14
So in short spirit filled and the ones that don’t live by their will but to the will of God through
the Holy Ghost leading are the one that qualify as the sons of God as far as the economy of God

is concern. That’s why there is a debate within the Christian sect today about Jesus. They say
well if He was God as others claim why did He say he came from the father.
Well it’s true that Christ came from The Father and entered a body of a man called Jesus, and
the amalgamation of God with a human body forms a son, why because the person becomes
spirit led. It is not a debate that God is Spirit and you can’t see a spirit until it wears a form.
That’s why throughout scripture history when angel visited the earth, they wore human bodies.
Let me explain it this way, God is a source and Jesus is a resource. When it comes to principles
that govern the earth, only a body can be resourceful. So God emptied himself into a body of
the man Christ Jesus. Then God remained God and extended himself as man so that he can
have authority on earth.
Another practical example is water, it exists as liquid, ice and vapor but it is still water. When
ice is heated it melts into liquid and vapor is produced or the three elements weather in
different form are still carry the same particles that is H2O. so Jesus is God with a body, so that
through Him the spiritual world can be connected to the physical hence we don’t pray to Jesus
but through Him. Jesus makes God legal on earth because of the body he poses. That’s why his
accurate translation of his being is God with us.
This body we have is actually the reason we have dominion here on earth, hence we are to take
good care of it and keep it as a living sacrifice, so that we possessed by the Holy Ghost God will
find expression on earth through us.
We are also legally given power to rule the earth provided we are still present into this earthen
vessel of clay. So go ahead and dominate your world, because you are meant to.

The worlds in there nature are governed by certain laws, of which when violated one might face
consequences. In this book we majored on systems that allow a being to find expression on
earth. The fact is that man needs God to be complete in power but God is in the spiritual world
while man in the physical nevertheless God saw it fit to put in systems so that both worlds can
interact.
That’s why we have prayer for communication, for communion and for legalizing God to
interfere in man’s agenda. Prayer is communication between the physical realms with the
spiritual world. A better understanding of prayer determines a person’s exploits in this world.
There is also the technology of prayer altars, let me zero in this concept to better understand
the need for an altar. Angels are designed as ministering spirits to man and just the term spirits
should be able to guide you that there citizens of the spirit world. For them to cross to the
other world that’s where now a prayer altar is need. Prayer altar is not an Old Testament
reality, it can be traced before both testaments where given therefor it is a spiritual law. It is a
place where information, miracles, or every transaction is handled from the spiritual to the
physical realm and vice versa.
Decrees and declaration is also a system of authorization due to the fact that, man is in
dominion as in having authority on earth but the army that backs man is in the spirit world.
Man is like a commander and the army is waiting for that command to execute a duty. Until
man talks nothing will move out, angels will act when you tell them to even all creation is
waiting to hear your decree. The good part is everything, is ready to submit, that’s just how it
has been prewired. All creation earnestly or eagerly awaits the manifestation of the son.
Last but not the least the body. We all know that if the body is taken out man cease to exist in
this realm of natural things. What give man to continue living on earth is the body. In order to
exercise authority on earth one must possess a body, without which everyone is under
subjection to those that have not checked out of these bodies.
My final encouragement to all the readers is that, for you to have read this entire book page to
page is sure proof that you want to dominate your sphere of influence but all this systems are
made available to believers in Christ. The information in this book is for the church and how we
are to dominate as we await the coming of our lord and savior Jesus the Christ.
Life without Christ is crisis make a decision today to accept him as your person lord and savior,
if you have not done that yet. Tomorrow never comes, so make a decision today. It’s easy after
that your will benefit unlimited benefits. Allow me to usher you towards this exciting decision.

The scriptures say whoever that calls upon the name of the lord shall be saved (romans 8) if you
would love to know Christ all you have to do is receive a free gift of salvation through Jesus
Christ by saying a prayer of salvation.
Pray this aloud:
‘’Lord Jesus Christ I repent of all my sins and surrender my life to you. Wash me clean I believe
that you are the son of God. I believe for my sake you died on the cross so that my sis will be
taken away and when you rose on the third day, it was for my victory. I believe in my heart and
make a confession with my mouth that Jesus Christ is my lord and savior. I receive eternal life it
is in your name that I pray’’
Amen!!!

Father we honor you today and thank you for making all things well. Thank you establishing
your counsel here on earth as it is in the heavens, you have established your purpose here on
earth and in our lives.
Father I pray that, activate the force of revelation, the force of dominion and I turn into motion
the ministry of angels. No stone will be left unturned, every aspect of your life and destiny be
rearranged in Gods agenda.
I declare an end to every form of stagnation and going round the circle but heading nowhere. I
turn loose the ministry and manifestation of the holy ghost, let Him move in your life and
bringing to life what died that concerns you.
There will be order in your life where there was confusion, creativity where things seemed
impossible above all the dominion of God be extended and demonstrated through you.

Dominion mandated is Gods universal human right. This is the right He gave every human being
born from a woman on earth. The dominion mandate is a calling made available to every
mankind. That mandate crowns you a king over all creation.
