2. 5:30 wake up and get ready
6:30 get the kids ready and
make breakfast
7:00 take the kids to school
8:00 - 1:00 meetings
3. 1:00-3:00 check your mail
3:00 take something to eat while
picking up the kids at school
3:30-5:30 take the kids to
swimming and tennis classes
5:30 go to the supermarket
6:30 go home and make dinner
4. 8:30 prepare the kids to go to
bed
9:00-12:00 work
12:00-5:30 tossing and
turning around, some
thoughts about
work, matters for the next
day...
6. Even though you are
extremely
exhausted, you can not
get a good sleep...does

mother came to you and
said "everything is going
to be just fine" and
hugged you until you
were asleep?

a stressful day, do
not rush into
bed...
10. Talk to someone
before, drink some warm
milk like when you were a
baby, take a bath, make
someone tell you a story and
hug you and finally, sleep
with a teadybear to hug all
night long!!
