The School Matrix has been established as a school project company in Karachi, Pakistan to improve school systems. The company aims to provide better standards and resources through certified school projects, teacher training programs, and opportunities to address students' learning barriers. Initially, the project will work to standardize and develop 100 schools by focusing on improving education quality, training teachers, and fulfilling gaps in students' learning. The School Matrix connects students, teachers, and parents to help solve problems.

General ProjectActivities: The School Matrix has been
established as a School Project company in Karachi. Our vision
for project is based on the accomplishment of properties in the
school system in Karachi. Based on the decision of the company
to diversify our properties. There is a great need for certified or
official school project in the future to deal with the better
services. In addition to the school matrix, the company has
invested portions of its assets in the development and learning
barriers as well as other opportunities for students, teachers &
parents.

2. Objective:(Initial):
Expected Activities for our general projects are focused on the
Standardization of schools, Development and Training for the teachers
and Tools which fulfills the learning gaps of students. First target for our
project is at least 100 schools.
Scope of Work:
The School Matrix helps to generate the way and paths for the students,
teachers and parents to connect with each other to solve their hurdles
and problems.
