The rough draft for your course project is now due.
Your rough draft should include a cover page, the body of the
paper, and a reference page. The paper should demonstrate a
strong thesis statement about your chosen country and its
healthcare system.
The paper should be 8 - 10 pages long. Your research should
include at least five research resources. The paper must use in-
text citations and references in APA format.
My paper is on England’s Healthcare System and all
information needed is below- MUST FOLLOW THE OUTLINE
AND USE SOME OF THE REFERENCES FROM THE
ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY
Country Selection
I chose to do my research paper on England’s Healthcare
System, and compare it to our system of healthcare here in the
United States. I have always been obsessed with England, their
accents, tea, their architecture, writers, musicians such as Duran
Duran, etc.…. So naturally I am interested in their healthcare
system.
The only thing I know about England’s healthcare system is that
it is free to all citizens, and that it is one of the few countries
that has this type of system. There is private health care and a
wide variety of alternative and complementary treatments are
available for those willing to pay, although the public health
system is the main source of healthcare in England. The
National Health Service (NHS) which is England’s public
service system is in charge of healthcare in the United
Kingdom. (Europe-cities, 2016)

effort | Fox News. Retrieved

The writer tries to give us the US healthcare system over some
passed years. There Healthcare system’s timeline ranges from
1912 to 2012 and a series of reforms have been happening year
in year out to ensure that the residents get what they deserve.
These historical moments are best in explaining the current
position they are now in since the nation is committed to giving
the best to its residents. For instance in 1942: Roosevelt
establishes wage and price controls during World War II, to best
equip the healthcare system and ensure that people are attended
well at zero cost.
Grumet, G. W. (1989). "Health Care Rationing Through
Inconvenience: The Third Party's Secret
Weapon." New England Journal of Medicine, 321:607-11.
The author of this journal states clearly on how the healthcare
system is good it is to the residents. Even though residents get
good and quality services, their tax submissions should be
deducted for the purposes of funding the program. To others it
is heavy remit but its benefit is excellent to many of the
residents. It has brought a lot of the good than harm and many
people are healthy. Their life expectancy is raised than other
developed nations like US.
Healthcare in UK (England). (n.d.). Retrieved from

The writer from this website is categorical to give his
information concerning the Healthcare system in UK (England).
He affirms that the healthcare system is absolutely free to the
citizens and this has been happening for quite a long time. This
is accompanied with very few supplementary charges. This care
services is free to all the residents including those who reside
outside the UK. The services are managed by the Health
Department that is decentralized. The UK management gets all
its money to sustain the health system from the mandatory
taxation to insurance premiums. Private healthcare are also
funded privately by private insurance contributions. The writer
also tells us that both private and public healthcare systems
collaborate for emergency cases to save life. This shows ho UK
is committed to give the best to its residents. The UK healthcare
system is categorized into General Practitioners (GP's),
consultants, Dispensing and Prescription, Dentist, Accident and
Emergency (A&E), and NHS Direct where designated services
can be found at ease.

Is the Envy of the World.

From this article, the author tells us more on what is good and
admirable on the US healthcare systems. There is a lot to
admire since the US has well equipped itself with the latest
equipment and trained personnel to ensure that quality service is
disseminated to the residents. Compared to other nations like
Canada and UK, it is doing well despite the poor management
that will make the residents appreciate the services. The writer
provides the best ten reasons and when keenly read, one can
judge that US is the nation to expect the best Medicare. This
reasons are well if implemented.
Noah, T. (2004). A short history of health care. Retrieved from
http://www.slate.com/articles/news_and_politics/chatterbox/200
7/03/a_short_history_of_
health_care.html
The author of this material tells us more on what has been
happening to the US healthcare system. He Major on two
important realities as to what the US system has failed to meet
the expectation of its residents. One of the core realities is that
the current US healthcare system is increasingly inaccessible to
many people especially the poor and lower-middle-class people.
This is very much alarming since US is on the map of developed
nations and its citizens expect improved services. The author
puts things straight here when he compares it systems to other
nations and the reality is that, United States pays roughly twice
as much per capita for healthcare services as compared to
Canada, France, and the United Kingdom. This is accompanied
by slightly lower life expectancy. This annoys the residents.
The second reality is on the political exchanges on the reforms
that do involve matters to do with healthcare.
.
Thesis: England’s healthcare system has been ranked among the
best on a global domain surpassing the likes of USA. It has been
affected by many factors among them being political, religious,
cultural and/or social. Ample government funding has
facilitated the smooth running of the National Health Service
and public health bodies which is the main reason as to why
patients have reported satisfaction in the country’s healthcare.
It offers affordable and high quality medical services to poor
patients.
I. Introduction
A. This paper is focused on discussing health care systems and
