general qualities of humility, focus, resilience, and ambi-
tion. As recently as the late twentieth century, women
occupied mostly positions of education, nursing, and

easily able to perform their duties and motivate other team

If someone asks you what is the most severe healthcare
issue in children today, then Dr Premila Naidu bets
that almost all of you won’t even think of paediatric
dental decay, which keeps affecting children’s diet,
nutrition, health, growth, development, and overall
wellbeing. She insists, “Yes, as kids’dentists, we cannot
keep calm anymore. We believe in spreading awareness at
all levels and all segments of society.” From school camps,
health talks, and camps at IT segments and apartments to
orphanages and government schools. Dr Premila Naidu
started her journey by starting Bangalore’s first exclusive
dental clinic for children, and now has chain of dental
clinics under the brand name Smallbites for children and
also Smilestation which believes in giving the best healthy
smile to adults.
On this noble mission, Dr Premila Naidu started her journey
with a dream of making dentistry fun for children, and she
pursued it, even though it involved pledging all her
wedding jewellery. She believed kids' oral health needs
more attention and deserves more awareness. She says,
“Oral health is directly related to a Child's nutrition, and
few are aware of it. Dental caries is the second most
common disease in children, after the common flu, and no
one talks about the prevention and treatment in our country.
It may seem a small issue, but repercussions run deep in.”
It was in 2007 that she set out on a mission, conducting
camps in schools and preschools talking about paediatric
dentistry. Now, when children with Autism and Sensory
processing disorders are on the rise, and she feels these
children suffer because of a lack of awareness and
inclusion, she is trying to move mountains to spread
awareness of children with special health needs. This year
again, against all odds and bearing the brunt of the pan-
demic, she has formed her own company called PnG
Healthcare with her husband Dr. Gurudev, who is also a
Cosmetic Dentist. Now they have Smilestation which takes
care of all adult dental requirement and Smallbites, which
remains an exclusive dental center for children.
Small Bites Dental Clinic –
India's first sensory-adapted dental centre in Bangalore is a
fully inclusive clinic providing large spaces for children to
play, wheelchair accessible, stress-free environment, and,
most importantly, making dental care more comfortable for
children with special needs.
Dr Premila’s intent behind establishing Small Bites is that
oral care isn’t restricted to only chewing and masticating,
ensuring the teeth and gums are cared for. Oral care is very
important for children's psychological and physiological
health and wellbeing. While children generally become
anxious with dental intervention, children with special
needs find it particularly hard to undergo treatment. As a
result, they face continuous ongoing poor dental hygiene
and find it very difficult to get the right kind of oral
treatment. The reasons for this are many;
Ÿ Lack of access, especially when such speciality dental
clinics are rare even in cities. Wheelchair accessibility,
sensory adapted environment parking for individuals
on wheelchair are some of the problem areas we have
addressed in our center.
Ÿ Non-cooperation by the child. Neuro-diverse as well as
Neuro Typical children find it difficult to let someone
near them, and any dental intervention is fraught with
fear and anxiety.
Ÿ Children with special needs need a little more time to
get adjusted to the environment, typical dental clinics
may be a scary place. So many times they do not
receive the required dental care. We at our center
provide play area and some space for them to unwind,
before the dental treatment.
Fostering Innovative Dentistry Solutions
Dental care centres, too, are unfamiliar with handling such
children. Designed and set up like a typical dental clinic,
they treat patients generally without specifically looking
into the child's needs. This results in being unprepared to
address the sensory needs of neuro-diverse children and
being unable to give them adequate oral care.
Sensory over-stimulation in a dental clinic can be as simple
as bright fluorescent lights to touch in and around the mouth
and the smell and taste of oral care products, which all have
the potential to negatively impact such children.
Once a fear of the place sets in, it becomes impossible to
provide adequate oral care unless the child is sedated –in
extreme cases – to get some critical dental intervention
done. It is critical to identify innovative solutions to address
such children and provide them with the essential dental
hygiene and care they need. Small Bites Dental Experience
Centre provides this at its newly opened centre in Bhartiya
Mall of Bengaluru, Bhartiya City – North Bangalore.
By modifying the sensory characteristics of the dental office
for children it helps in reducing physiological anxiety and
behavioural distress, OUR centre hopes to put such children
at ease the minute they walk into the clinic.

A Sensory Adapted Dental Environment (SADE), as found
at Small Bites, does the following for your children:

A Strong-willed Social Transformer
Dr Premila is a strong-willed woman who wants other
women to believe in their dreams. She has come a long way
from no banks giving her loans for her first set-up to having
India's unique dental clinics and being featured in Fortune
India. She believes winning this award would give her the
strength and creating a more inclusive and accessible world,
starting from dental clinics, shops, malls, restaurants and
common places, and last, but not least, help women believe
in their dreams.
When probed about what motivated her to launch the first-
of-its-kind multi-sensorial dental clinic in Bangalore, Dr
Premila reveals that making kids' dentistry fun has always
been her goal. As time has changed and kids have more
exposure to different modes, using coloured walls does not
provide enough distraction. And many studies have proven
that having positive distractions for children during a dental
procedure makes the whole experience stress-free and helps
the child develop a positive attitude towards dental
treatment. “Driven by passion and scientifically backed, I
wanted to give our children the best experience and hence
launched this first-of-its-kind multi-sensorial dental clinic
in Bangalore,” she adds.
Focusing on Preventive and Therapeutic Treatment for
Children and Adults in A Stress-free Environment
She ensures that her clinic is different from the others in the
industry. She says her dental clinic is theme based, provides
advanced dental care, follows stringent sterilization
protocols that are continuously monitored, and, most
importantly, is child-centric. It is first of a kind multi-
sensorial dated dental clinic, child can select the mood and
the movie they want to want and also have a large play area
and lots of books to make sure they are having a good time.
She furthers that at her clinic, she and her expert caregiving
staff provides all dental treatment for children, from simple
fillings, polypectomies, crown, habit breaking appliances to
advanced braces treatment and cosmetic dentistry. They
focus on preventive and therapeutic treatment and work
towards the child's overall wellbeing. “We help the child
learn proper brushing and oral hygiene habits which help
in having good oral health for rest of the life,” she says.
In her mission, she is committed to enriching lives through
compassionate dentistry. “Our vision is to Make kids
dentistry fun and create a generation of children who would
not be scared of their dental visit,” she states.
Additionally, Dr Premila believes in behaviour guidance for
children to help them have a good dental experience. Hers
is also the first dental clinic designed to keep children with
special health care needs in mind and is fully accessible
through a wheelchair.
At her clinic, she ensures they prioritize the child and focus
on the child's overall health. They not only resolve dental
issues but also help prevent future dental issues. They help
in habit breaking, proper jaw growth and most importantly,
an overall growth of the teeth and aw for children. They
partner with parents to help children develop good oral
habits.

ability to enrich lives through compassionate dentistry.
Even as adults we lead a stressfull life, and dental visits
shouldn’t be an added stress. At our smile station dental
clinics which focusses on adult dental care, we focus on

Speaking more about Small Bite, Dr Premila says it is the
first of its multi-sensorial adapted dental centre. So as soon
the child enters the dental clinic, there are textured floors
and walls, finer optic lights with starry sky effects, and a
faint aroma of the beach to hide the typical disinfectant
smell of the hospital.
In this way, through their environment, Dr Premila and her
staff interact with every sense of the child, the tactile, smell,
and visual and also provide the child with a personal screen
where he can watch and hear his fav cartoons. This way, she
provides the Child with the distraction that will help reduce
anxiety and stress. “Our goal is to provide a fear-free dental
experience. We have also extended the same to our adult
dentistry wing smile station. So as a twin clinic, we take
care of all the dental requirements of the whole family,” she
adds.
Expanding the SADEs Scope
According to Dr Premila, there are no clinics with similar
concepts focusing on the environment and stress-free dental
experience. But she wants more and more hospitals and
places involving children should take upon them to modify
and change depending on the needs of the children.
On continuing her journey and mission, Dr Premila says
that as they are the first Sensory Adaptive Dental Experi-
ence Centres (SADE), they had to learn many things as
they progressed into the project. The area, planning
execution and finances were all obstacles, but now seeing
children enjoy the space makes everything worth it.
Now, they will keep focusing on

seemingly average girl Sunita surprised her
Ateachers when she wrote a touching and well-
thought-out letter expressing her gratitude on the
auspicious occasion of the Guru Purnima celebration. Her
teachers identified her spark and encouraged her to focus on
her language skills.
A little boy Saeed Rashed AlMheiri who is just four years
218 days from AbuDhabi, UAE, became the youngest
author to publish a book. This exceptional talent is recorded
in the Guinness Book of World Records.
Both examples indicate that the children reflect their unique
skills, which need to be identified and encourage them to
excel higher. Similarly, all children are different and unique
in their ways. Their power of imagination and expression is
often unheard and unseen when they are made to undergo
the typical pedagogy. They need to be given proper
guidance, exposure and encouragement that allows them to
explore different skills. If the parents and the teachers can
identify the innate abilities of the children, then it will
unravel the unique potential hidden deep within these
young generations.

Unleashing the Inner Magic
Life is a never-ending journey of self-discovery. Anupama
has a unique eye for spotting talent in people and kids; she
believes kids should be allowed to explore different skills
and identify their core expertise. She reveals, “A casual
attempt at exploring mentoring in May 2017 was a life-
changing experience for me. Urged by some friends, I
conducted a 3-day creative writing summer workshop for
25 kids. During the span of those three days, I realized that
kids are unwittingly forced to imagine and express
themselves by adults in conformist ways, which curbs their
imagination. An instant connection was established between
the kids and me, and creativity and happiness thrived.
That is when I decided to provide children with an
environment where they can express themselves without
being judged and bloom to their full potential at their own
comfortable pace. It led to regular classes, and soon, I was
invited by schools, communities, and corporates to conduct
workshops on creative writing and communication. When
horizons started expanding in this space, it was time to
streamline it, and that is how ‘Beyond the Box’ took birth in
January 2019.”
Exhilarating Inspirations
Crediting the concept of this unique literary venture,
Anupama mentions, “Impact was and is our inspiration.
Being able to spread light and joy through the medium of
creativity is what keeps us going. Seeing kids shine as

writers and blow our minds with their creative thoughts
inspires us to keep growing as a business. We constantly
strive to create unique and interesting opportunities and
events to keep the children excited and showcase their
talent to a larger audience.” She believes that the
overwhelming response and the satisfaction in the parents
about their kids’ ability to write so well is a fulfilling
experience. She feels this is a unique experience.
Growing from Challenges
Anupama remembers her early days when she found it
tough to make her parents understand their children's skills.
She says, “Making parents understand our ethos was always
the biggest challenge in the initial years, apart from the
usual challenges that any small enterprise faces. In our
country, creative writing is often looked at with an
academic lens, and we are so used to curriculum-based
learning that a child-led and open-ended approach to
learning does not click for many.
I have had parents ask me in the initial years – “Do kids
learn playfully without rules and hard deadlines?” or “Do
you think kids will be serious if you do not give regular
homework and follow a structure while teaching?.” We
overcame this challenge by simply being what we wanted
to be. When parents started noticing the positive changes in
enrolled kids, word started spreading, and soon enough, we
earned the credibility and trust of everyone.”
The Expert Choice
Looking at the steadily growing popularity of BTB,
Anupama has received wide acceptance and appreciation
from many people. She says, “All BTB associates admire
our uniqueness, fairness, honesty and passion. Parents love
the bond I share with all the kids and feel happy to see the
young ones open up with us. It is our honour and privilege
to be in their comfortable space.”
Standing Tall
The speciality of the literary venture Anupama has
developed over the past few years has made her unique as it
is not a typical teaching institute. But it is the platform that
discovers the hidden talent in young children. She says,
“We believe learning is fun when you make it fun. Our
mission is to help children and budding writers unbox the
joy of writing and develop a love for the written word.”
She adds that their vision is to empower children by
encouraging them to own their thoughts and expression.
BTB constantly strives not just to nurture kids' creative
writing skills but to give them the stimulus to become more
perceptive, observant, and thoughtful individuals. With its
all-embracing approach and unconventional methodologies
and initiatives, in every session, BTB creates magic using
26 letters of the English alphabet! “It is time we tell the kids
that they do not have to be in or out of the box, but they
need to look beyond these boxes and focus within,” she
quips.

Anupama is an individual with passion and expertise who
aids in detecting young talent. She advises young
professionals looking forward to the industry to be open-
minded and develop observation skills. She says that you
can guide the essential spark of imagination and expression
by developing the ability to identify them properly. Be very
gentle, patient and kind while communicating and teaching
the children.

extremely important to build, and our creativity will
help us stay afloat during tough times.

Summit  Awards 2018, she was bestowed with the “Most
Influential Leader of the Year 2018” award for having

In May 2019, she was conferred with Recognition as
“Woman Leader – 2019” by Times of India Group,
Machinist, at Hotel ITC Gardenia, Bangalore, where she

State Best Employer Award 2021”, from World HRD
Congress at a glittering function held at Taj Lands End,
Bandra, Mumbai, on 23rd Nov 2021, attended by industry
HR veterans and professionals across the country.
She was conferred with Surya Siddhi Excellence Award
2021 at a glittering function on the 2nd Nov 2021 evening
by SWELA (Suryadatta Women Empowerment  Leader-
ship Academy), attended by dignitaries and academia. She
also has been bestowed with an award as “Noble Woman”
by Pune’s Multi-Speciality Noble Hospital on the eve of
International Woman’s Day at a glittering function held on
16th March 2022, attended by the medical fraternity and
dignitaries.
She also chaired the Women Panel Discussions, “Celebrat-
ing Women in Indian Manufacturing”, organized by leading
ITP Media Group, Manufacturing Today, Mumbai, on 17th
Sept 2021 on the digital platform, attended by around 2500
participants from pan India and overseas. The panel had
leading women leaders of India from allied fields and was
eloquently moderated by Ms Nirmala, which won acco-
lades.
The Change Leader
She was a special invitee to deliver a talk on “Leading
Change” at ISBM Educational Institution on the digital
platform on the eve of the Orientation Program for
Management  Media Students on 25th Aug 21, attended
by Dr Parag Kelkar, Dean, Faculty of Commerce 
Management, Savitribai Phule Pune University,
Dr Pramod Kumar, President at ISBM and other academic
luminaries and professionals. Ms Nirmala’s interactive
session on Change, which is only constant in life and how
to lead it, evinced keen interest from the participants.
She has spearheaded a Vaccination drive during the COVID
2nd Wave of 2021 for RSB colleagues and their members
across pan India plants to ensure they are safe and healthy.
Her passion is in implementing strategic HR initiatives to
enable the effectiveness of Business functions and aiding
the Group to make a quantum leap in performance. She
dreams of making “RSB a Great Organization To Work

Ansari has been nurturing budding interior designing
minds at her International School of Design in Navi
Mumbai.
Sabeena, an architect and an interior designer, established
herself through sheer hard work and implementing

and amplified the properties' beauty, aesthetics and
ergonomic value. Going further, she taught in various
colleges as an Architecture Faculty till last year (2022)
when she established her own International School of
Design, Interior and Graphics.
A Mighty Rise
Sabeena started her career in 2007 as an architect and
Interior designer with her firm, SA Designs. The first
project of her life was a 6BHK flat for an advertising
company owner in the Posh Ghatkopar area of Mumbai.
She received her second site order through word of mouth
in Chembur. Despite being a very small project, it had great
potential. It was a small room-kitchen that was destroyed in
the 26 July floods of Mumbai, and it was more of a

Restoration work and converting a small 1RK into a
lavish and spacious 1BHK. Sabeena’s work became
very popular that it was published in the Famous
Society Interiors magazine in February 2010 issue.
From that time, there was no stopping for Sabeena as
she kept climbing the ladder of success, where she got
different assignments in multiple posh areas with big
projects constantly. After that, it has been 16 years
since there was no looking back. Sabeena was also
called to other colleges to head the jury council as
Visiting Faculty in architecture colleges. It enriched
her interest in teaching, and in the year 2022, she
successfully started her own Institute of Design for
Interior Fashion and Graphics in Navi Mumbai, which
has shown impressive growth from its inception.
Vital Inspirations
Crediting her success to her parents, Sabeena says that
her biggest inspiration behind venturing into the
business arena was her father, a Professional Real
Estate Developer. Because of this, she got into
architecture and interior design. Her father has always
been an inspiring model for her. She adds, “My second
most important inspiration and moral support has
been my mother, who has always pushed me to the
edge and never let me fall at my lows. She always
stood behind me, pushing me ahead, telling me to
accept greater challenges without fear.”
Tackling Challenges, the DIY Way
In the initial days of 2007, everything was direct and
traditional as the technology was in its early stages.
The era of the internet had just begun. Orkut, Facebook
and other social media platforms were also not in
demand. So whatever work Sabeena got was only
through word of mouth, and there were no digital
marketing channels.
Sabeena, as a Director, began her institute-the
International School of Design, in the Sanpada area of
Navi Mumbai, an emerging urban city. She started the
institute in a very short span of 15 days.

It was challenging to manage the whole setup  to begin
with the institute and have proper professional surroundings
for the studies of degree and diploma courses in design. The
advantage of the Institute being in a prime area near the
station made it easy for the students to embrace despite
being new.
Quality Education, Practical Experiences
Being an individual of values, Sabeena identifies that the
major priority for the International School of Design has
always been the students and their parents. She elaborated
that the institute is a hardcore technical and professional
institute that aims to enrich the students with theoretical and
practical knowledge, making them competent industry
professionals. Unlike the money-minded approach of the
other institutes, the International School of Design provides
the best training and modern facilities to get equipped with
value-based training at an affordable fee structure so that
every type of student can afford to perceive the courses.
According to Sabeena, they do not run behind the money,
nor do they burden the students for the same. Speaking
about the teaching faculty, Sabeena proudly states that the
best and the most important thing is that the students are
given the best practical knowledge as the institute has the
best teachers who are experienced in the market for at least
15 years. Other institutes usually employ teachers who do
not have any market experience of doing any personal site
ever in their lives.
She mentions, “The most important thing for which my
students and their parents value us is that we give our
students the best possible education, including site visits,
market visits, exhibition visits, study tours, and history
tours without any extra cost.” The only motive of the
International School of Design is ‘To give the best quality
education only.’

A very enthusiastic professional, Sabeena is very positive

mentions that as an architect and a designer, she only
advises the new budding aspirants to thoroughly study the
client's requirements and budget, carefully considering the
labour wages. “Because most of the time, the designers
only focus on the client and not the workers, which
ultimately leads to the workers leaving the project halfway
for the payment issues. Also, the clients should be fully
aware of what they will be provided at the end of the
project so that there will be no disputes or discomfort
caused during the process of execution. Always keep the
client in the loop and updated on the work developments in
the day-to-day operation.”

Speaking of technology, she says that the social media
platform has helped her tremendously to expand her
business and to make people aware of the same. In a very
short period, Sabeena identified that people from different
areas have recognized her institute for its hard work and
dedication and hence were seeking admissions. Because of
modern technologies and the AI platforms like Google, it
has become easy to spread awareness about their institute
for degree and diploma courses in interior design and
fashion design.

Even though the launch of VDIYA Inc. took an extra six
years to see sunlight. It gave Vidya the freedom to combine
the decade-and-a-half experience and develop the human
capital in a direction she had looked forward to. She’s glad
to coach, steer and mentor individuals and guide them with
new methodologies that are easy to implement and achieve
their dreams.
Designing Careers
She passionately says, “I loved being able to “design
careers” and the best part was that I didn’t have to stick to
a traditional path. I decided to follow my heart. It also kept
me learning, unlearning, changing, growing, connecting,
and serving.”
While what went right and wrong and the mistakes she
learned from along the way. She remembers thinking
initially that she had no insight or experience to do what she
was doing. A solopreneur seven years ago seemed
incredibly rewarding. But to make her small business a
success, back then, she had little confidence in her
marketing skills.
Becoming great at networking from whatever makes sense
for you to build a strong network (not necessarily a big one)
was a long Journey. “Our network is our business’s
lifeblood in so many ways. I didn’t understand the
importance of networking and operating outside my
introverted tendencies. Initially, it did not seem like a big
deal; however, when I became a professional Trainer and
Coach, it caused a great deal of delay in attracting clients,”
she shares.
Vidya realized that marketing, in general, caused several
problems. Before people invest in something, they need to
want it; before they want it, they must know its value. It
was a huge challenge for her to market Training and
coaching as a service for which many people don’t have a
reference point. As a beginner who only knew about
Leadership and PoSH training and nothing else, especially
how to go about with an online presence.
Learning the Fundamentals
A, Vidya needed a website but had no clue about Domains
and SEO optimization.
B, she did not know whom to reach out to.
Hiring an Advertising agency was expensive, and word of
mouth was slow-moving. Creating a presence on the
internet and creating a website was a simpler option which
could provide opportunities for wider outreach to customers
without breaking the bank.

Every challenge has a myriad of solutions. However, one
step that can help you handle all kinds of complications is
to learn the basics. Right from learning what website
creation is and planning out online strategies to create an
online presence was the first step towards achieving her
new business.
What Vidya also did was concentrate on building
relationships. Instead of marketing Training and coaching
all by herself, she collaborated with vendors and created a
valued Market presence too.

“My previous experience as a project manager adds value
to my teaching styles and also has been appreciated by the

If someone asks you what is the most severe healthcare issue in children today, then Dr Premila Naidu bets that almost all of you won’t even think of paediatric dental decay, which keeps affecting children’s diet, nutrition, health, growth, development, and overall wellbeing. She insists, “Yes, as kids’dentists, we cannot keep calm anymore. We believe in spreading awareness at all levels and all segments of society.” From school camps, health talks, and camps at IT segments and apartments to orphanages and government schools. Dr Premila Naidu started her journey by starting Bangalore’s first exclusive dental clinic for children, and now has chain of dental clinics under the brand name Smallbites for children and also Smilestation which believes in giving the best healthy smile to adults. On this noble mission, Dr Premila Naidu started her journey with a dream of making dentistry fun for children, and she pursued it, even though it involved pledging all her wedding jewellery. She believed kids' oral health needs more attention and deserves more awareness. She says, “Oral health is directly related to a Child's nutrition, and few are aware of it. Dental caries is the second most common disease in children, after the common flu, and no one talks about the prevention and treatment in our country. It may seem a small issue, but repercussions run deep in.” It was in 2007 that she set out on a mission, conducting camps in schools and preschools talking about paediatric dentistry. Now, when children with Autism and Sensory processing disorders are on the rise, and she feels these children suffer because of a lack of awareness and inclusion, she is trying to move mountains to spread awareness of children with special health needs. This year again, against all odds and bearing the brunt of the pan- demic, she has formed her own company called PnG Healthcare with her husband Dr. Gurudev, who is also a Cosmetic Dentist. Now they have Smilestation which takes care of all adult dental requirement and Smallbites, which remains an exclusive dental center for children. Small Bites Dental Clinic – India's first sensory-adapted dental centre in Bangalore is a fully inclusive clinic providing large spaces for children to play, wheelchair accessible, stress-free environment, and, most importantly, making dental care more comfortable for children with special needs. Dr Premila’s intent behind establishing Small Bites is that oral care isn’t restricted to only chewing and masticating, ensuring the teeth and gums are cared for. Oral care is very important for children's psychological and physiological health and wellbeing. While children generally become anxious with dental intervention, children with special needs find it particularly hard to undergo treatment. As a result, they face continuous ongoing poor dental hygiene and find it very difficult to get the right kind of oral treatment. The reasons for this are many; Ÿ Lack of access, especially when such speciality dental clinics are rare even in cities. Wheelchair accessibility, sensory adapted environment parking for individuals on wheelchair are some of the problem areas we have addressed in our center. Ÿ Non-cooperation by the child. Neuro-diverse as well as Neuro Typical children find it difficult to let someone near them, and any dental intervention is fraught with fear and anxiety. Ÿ Children with special needs need a little more time to get adjusted to the environment, typical dental clinics may be a scary place. So many times they do not receive the required dental care. We at our center provide play area and some space for them to unwind, before the dental treatment. Fostering Innovative Dentistry Solutions Dental care centres, too, are unfamiliar with handling such children. Designed and set up like a typical dental clinic, they treat patients generally without specifically looking into the child's needs. This results in being unprepared to address the sensory needs of neuro-diverse children and being unable to give them adequate oral care. Sensory over-stimulation in a dental clinic can be as simple as bright fluorescent lights to touch in and around the mouth and the smell and taste of oral care products, which all have the potential to negatively impact such children. Once a fear of the place sets in, it becomes impossible to provide adequate oral care unless the child is sedated –in extreme cases – to get some critical dental intervention done. It is critical to identify innovative solutions to address such children and provide them with the essential dental hygiene and care they need. Small Bites Dental Experience Centre provides this at its newly opened centre in Bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru, Bhartiya City – North Bangalore. By modifying the sensory characteristics of the dental office for children it helps in reducing physiological anxiety and behavioural distress, OUR centre hopes to put such children at ease the minute they walk into the clinic.

A Strong-willed Social Transformer Dr Premila is a strong-willed woman who wants other women to believe in their dreams. She has come a long way from no banks giving her loans for her first set-up to having India's unique dental clinics and being featured in Fortune India. She believes winning this award would give her the strength and creating a more inclusive and accessible world, starting from dental clinics, shops, malls, restaurants and common places, and last, but not least, help women believe in their dreams. When probed about what motivated her to launch the first- of-its-kind multi-sensorial dental clinic in Bangalore, Dr Premila reveals that making kids' dentistry fun has always been her goal. As time has changed and kids have more exposure to different modes, using coloured walls does not provide enough distraction. And many studies have proven that having positive distractions for children during a dental procedure makes the whole experience stress-free and helps the child develop a positive attitude towards dental treatment. “Driven by passion and scientifically backed, I wanted to give our children the best experience and hence launched this first-of-its-kind multi-sensorial dental clinic in Bangalore,” she adds. Focusing on Preventive and Therapeutic Treatment for Children and Adults in A Stress-free Environment She ensures that her clinic is different from the others in the industry. She says her dental clinic is theme based, provides advanced dental care, follows stringent sterilization protocols that are continuously monitored, and, most importantly, is child-centric. It is first of a kind multi- sensorial dated dental clinic, child can select the mood and the movie they want to want and also have a large play area and lots of books to make sure they are having a good time. She furthers that at her clinic, she and her expert caregiving staff provides all dental treatment for children, from simple

From that time, there was no stopping for Sabeena as she kept climbing the ladder of success, where she got different assignments in multiple posh areas with big projects constantly. After that, it has been 16 years since there was no looking back. Sabeena was also called to other colleges to head the jury council as Visiting Faculty in architecture colleges. Hiring an Advertising agency was expensive, and word of mouth was slow-moving.
