& the need to subsidize business with seed capital
Due to the fact that there are 4.5% unemployed construction workers their is a need to
utilize seed capital to purely start up businesses via way of enabling within specified
regions and areas within a nation state the growth of economic zones, zones that of
which will allow a specified area to flourish. Hence bringing business and economic
growth to an area. The best way to do this is to create an index of how many persons
desire to start business including their Requests for proposals and via way of grants and
seed capital investors and gov sponsors will enable economic growth. We accomplish
this via the index of which gives us a rounded idea as to what types of businesses young
people want to start. We next perform an index of how many businesses are in a given
area and what types of businesses are already established, hence determining the as
need basis for the demand of a certain business. Thus when we determine is a lack of a
business activity within an area we contrast and compare the businesses that are current
with the potential business that are needed, upon which we review applications for new
businesses within an area and thus permit via subsidies, new businesses relative to the
business activity within a given area. Therefore we via this model will enable the nation
state to direct logistic businesses for the new businesses hence the acquisition of
resources and products for a business to operate including construction of facilities of
which enables us to generate economic activity on a global scale and a micro area basis.
