2. Cooking salt, Bicarb soda ,a zip lock plastic bag
,chicken wing ,disposable cup and some paper
towels.
Ingredients

3. First, pat all the liquid out of the chicken wing with
some paper towels. Then mix the cooking salt with
the same amount of Bicarb soda into a cup.
Step 1

4. Pour the mixture of Bicarb soda and Cooking salt into
the zip lock bag. Jiggle the bag around to combine
the two.

5. Place the chicken wing in and mix around to make
sure the whole wing is covered. Then seal the zip lock
bag.

6. Leave the chicken out in the sun to dry for a week.
