1. Animal rights
Animals have rights. They have rights because they were created by god. All animal should
be treated equally like human. Animals are species like humans. They are just living their
own trying to survive the world and trying to live in peace.
Good morning/afternoon mr.finocchi and fellow classmates I’m here to talk about animal
rights and how they are abused by people.
Animals have life and rights. No animals should be abuse. Animals are like humans who eat,
sleep and care for their babies. In our time today animals are killed and sold at stores like
meat and chicken. Some animals that have fur are killed and sell their fur to the market to
make money. Research shows that every year 39% of animals are abused and killed. This
might increase in the following future. Children in the future won’t see any animals if
people keeps abusing animals every year. All people and animals should live together in
peace so there will be no abusing of animals. Lot of people in the world think that animals
are just things to make money and food. People who think that they are just for money and
food should be put in justice. Scientist use animals for experiment which is dangerous
because they’ll hurt the animal or kill the animal. Lots of people are against this abused but
some are not. Those people who are not against animal abused are those who own a
company that make animal food and stuff. People should not buy stuff that is made from
animal because it’s abusing the animals. A man name Philip wollen who is against the
abused of animals said that animals should be off the menu because they are screaming in
terror, slaughterhouse, in crates, and cages. He was a man who loves animals and who
heard their crying voices. Animals in the sea are always killed. 90% of small fish are ground
into pellets to feed livestock. Vegetarian like cows are now the world’s largest ocean
predator. The ocean is dying in our time. In future maybe there will be no fishes in the sea.
10,000 species are wiped out every year because of our actions. We are now facing 6th mass
extinction in cosmological history. It is crime to kill animals. The world has changed now.
Animal Rights is now the greatest Social Justice issue since the abolition of slavery. Meat
causes us a wide range of cancers and heart disease. If we stop eating animals and try
eating vegetables, all human are safe from heart disease and cancers. Animals are not just
other species. They are other nation. And we murder them at our peril. I believe that if we
take off animals off the menu all the abused animals will decrease to 0% and there will be
peace in the world. Imagine a world that is peace, Humans and animals are in one big
family. And help each other in problem. I know people can change their ways in a better
way.
