ArcelorMittal is a public limited liability company (société anonyme) that was incorporated

ArcelorMittal has devoted considerable effort to informing stakeholders about its
governance structure and diversity policy.
Human rights-The policy includes commitments to workers, local communities and
business partners and covers health and safety, labour rights and the rights of indigenous people.
In line with these undertakings, safety, the Company’s top priority, makes up 10% of the
incentive scheme for the CEO Office. Company requires all employees in appropiate functions to
undergo human rights training every three years. In 2018, 94.1% of the Company’s relevant
workforce had completed up-to-date human rights training, up from 66% in 2017.

Board to at least three by the end of 2015. Out of 9 members of the Board of Directors, women
represent 33.33% in 2018.
In 2018, women held 12.4% of management positions; this comprised 6% of Vice-
President positions, 6% at General Manager level and 14% of Managers. 11.4% of senior
succession plan candidates - those who are foreseen to take over senior manager positions at

ArcelorMittal commitment to integrity is embodied in its Code of Business Conduct
and is supported by a comprehensive framework of policies and procedures in areas such as
human rights, anti-corruption and insider dealing.
These documents reflect the principles and concepts of the UN Global Compact, the
OECD Guidelines on Multinational Enterprises and UN Sustainable Development Goal 1.
It applies to all directors, officers and employees of ArcelorMittal S.A. and its
subsidiaries worldwide. Based on a training matrix, Company employees undergo training on the
Code of Business Conduct and other aspects of compliance every three years.
