no
avail.

large
well
intionened.

value

others.
But
they’re
be
thwarted
at
every
step
of
the
way

by
absurd
tragic
stories

themselves
and

employees,
partners,
banks,
suppliers)
and
by
the
egos
of
petty
tyrants
(the
bureaucrats
and
middle
managers).
The
companies
which
are
in
trouble
in
these
turbulent
times
created
business
stories
which
have
become
tragic
tyrants,
flawed
monsters.
They
have
taken
control,
holding
us
captured,
creating
barriers
that
hinder
rather
than
help
our
businesses.
The
stories
we
tell
on
our
neat
organizational

have
turned

walls
that
no
one
can
scale
or
penetratie
or
even
peer
over.
