God’s Kingdom is a Hidden Treasure
Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years. (Rev 20:6)
And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peaceThere will be no end,Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, To order it and establish it with judgment and justice From that time forward, even forever.
(Isaiah 9:6-7)
Jehovah God has a Plan of Seven Steps which reveal His Plan and Purpose to humankind (Lev 23).
After The Millenium:
The Second Resurrection, followed by the Last Judgment, and the second death for the unrepentant, whose name is not found in the book of life.
Revelation places the 1000-year rule of the saints after Christ's return in chapter 19, seen in the normal, chronological sense as following the return of Jesus to the earth. This kingdom is both future and earthly ("they will reign on the earth," Rev 5:10). Download the entire manuscript, study notes, and handout at BibleStudyDownloads.org (NT sermons link). In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers.
