The Franklin High School Band is known as "The Star of the West" and has around 100 members including wind instruments, percussion, and color guard. The band participates in football games, homecoming events, and marching band competitions throughout the fall semester. Their schedule also includes winter concerts, solo competitions, and trips to regional and state music festivals. The band directors are encouraging new members to join.
