This document lists and describes the physical features and economic activities of different regions of the United States. It divides the country into four regions - the Midwest, West, South, and Northeast - and lists the states within each region. For each region, it then outlines some of the key geographical features such as mountains, lakes, or deserts as well as important natural resources and industries such as farming, mining, tourism, and technology.
