600 sq. m of the tropical evergreen wet forest. It is
also declared as the Wildlife Protected Area and was
established in 1987.
The main endangered species present in this wildlife
reserve include leopards, wild dogs and tigers. This
national park is also a natural habitat of species like wild
pig, lion tailed macaque and others. . Special permission
is available at the national park for visiting the natural
attractions and wildlife safari.

8. It is an imposing waterfalls in Kemmangundi,
cascading from 122 meters of height. It is also
known as Kalahasti falls and Kallathigiri falls.
It is a renowned religious destination for both
Hindus and Muslims. One can find an ancient
temple which was built in-between rocks during
Vijayanagara kingdom.

10. Suthanabbe Falls or Hanumanagundi Falls is
located in the hilly surroundings of the
Kudremukh National Park in the Chikkamagaluru
district of Karnataka, India.
Suthanabbe Falls is located between Karkala and
Lakya dam in the Kudremukh national park. The
water falls from a height of 22 meters creating
a scenic surroundings around it.

& tourists alike. These waters are said to cure common cold &
skin diseases. Tourists can hire a jeep to go from Dodda
Hebbe to Chikka Hebbe for Rs 700 - Rs 1200 depending on the
number of people for a round trip.
