This short passage praises God for being able to do far more than anyone could ask or imagine through his power that works within us. It gives glory to God through Jesus Christ for his work in the church from generation to generation forever.
This short passage from Ephesians praises God for his power that allows him to do more than anyone could ask or imagine through those who believe in him. It gives glory to God for what he can accomplish in the church and through Jesus Christ for all time. The passage ends with an affirming "Amen."
Christian mentoring involves modeling Christ-like behavior to help others follow Jesus. The Bible provides examples of mentoring relationships, such as Moses and Jethro, and Jesus discipling his followers. Effective mentors lead by example through sharing life experiences, trusting relationships, and ensuring both parties are changed by focusing on submitting to Christ rather than any person. Church leaders should mentor others by modeling Christian behavior just as Paul instructed churches to follow his example of imitating Christ. The goal of mentoring is to develop devoted followers of Jesus and pass on the faith to future generations.
This document discusses factors that shape understanding of Scripture: traditions, experience, culture, and reason. It states that the priority given to any of these sources or their combinations significantly influences theology and will determine the direction of theological study. The document emphasizes that in matters of faith and doctrine, the Bible is above tradition, experience, culture and reason, and all must be evaluated according to the Bible. It concludes that there is nothing bad about the Bible as long as one is led by its author, the Holy Spirit.
The document discusses beliefs about the resurrection of Jesus Christ from both believers and skeptics' perspectives. Believers cite passages from 1 Corinthians and Romans that emphasize how Christ's resurrection is the foundation of Christianity and that one must declare with their mouth and believe in their heart that God raised Jesus from the dead to be saved. Skeptics are quoted questioning the divine inspiration of the Bible and the logic of religious beliefs.
The passage describes how the Pharisees and chief priests sent temple guards to arrest Jesus after He had performed signs and teachings that led many in the crowd to believe He was the Messiah. However, the officers did not arrest Him and instead reported back that no man had ever spoken like Jesus. This suggests that Jesus' words and authority had a profound impact on the temple guards sent to seize Him.
The greatest teachings of Christianity according to the document are:
1) Jesus taught that believers should obey God and do good works in order to pass tests on Earth and receive rewards in heaven.
2) Jesus warned that the path to destruction is broad while the path to life is narrow, and that few will find it.
3) Jesus taught that salvation is based on good works, not just belief, and that God will judge people according to their deeds.
From whatever angle we choose to view the age we live in today, the letter that Paul wrote to the Colossians 2,000 years ago is still amazingly relevant. This message focuses on three things that are vital for becoming complete in Christ.
In this concluding message we share important insights about the flow of Holy Spirit's power and simple keys on how to release the power of the Holy Spirit.

The document discusses Charles Spurgeon, a 19th century Baptist preacher, and his views on preaching. It notes that Spurgeon believed preachers were beginning to compromise truth and doctrine by shortening sermons and focusing more on entertainment. This took a toll on Spurgeon and contributed to his early death. The document then criticizes modern preachers for prioritizing keeping congregations comfortable over delivering biblical truth and doctrine in their sermons.
This document contains several passages from Isaiah chapter 9, discussing how God will honor Galilee and bring light to those in darkness. It says God will shatter the burdens of the people and destroy weapons of war. A child will be born who will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace, and his government and reign will have no end. The document then discusses how Jesus fulfills these titles as our counselor, source of power, creator, and bringer of peace. It encourages taking Jesus' counsel and simply adoring him.
Jesus asks his disciples who people say he is and who they say he is. They respond that some say he is John the Baptist, Elijah, or one of the prophets. But when Jesus asks who they say he is, no answer is given in the text.
C.S. Lewis argues that Jesus cannot merely be considered a great moral teacher, as that contradicts his own claims. Jesus either had to be the Son of God, a lunatic, or something worse. One must choose to accept him as Lord and God or reject him.
The text discusses key aspects of early Christianity such as its Jewish roots, the development of the Gospels, criteria used for determining the New Testament canon

This document presents 16 questions that are commonly asked about God and Islam, along with answers to each question sourced from the Quran. The questions cover topics like the existence of God, signs of God in creation, following religious laws, the need for prophets and religious guidance, and doubts about completely submitting to God. The answers provided from the Quran emphasize that all things were created by God, people should reflect on signs of God in nature and scripture, only God has the right to authorize a religion, and no one will believe unless God wills it. The overall document uses Quranic verses to respond to skeptical questions about religious beliefs.
This document discusses maturity in Christianity. It states that a mature Christian is not the person who knows the most, but the person who obeys the truths they know. The goal is not more education but application of what is known. Growth can stall if one does not exercise spiritually through practices like prayer, fellowship, and engaging with Scripture. Growth also stalls if one is envious or jealous, or if they live according to worldly ways rather than godly ways.
The essence of faithful sacrifice in dying dailyRebecca Bomide
This document discusses the importance of denying oneself and taking up one's cross daily as taught by Jesus. It explains that believers must put their fleshly desires to death in order to fully follow God's will and endure trials. Dying daily to fleshly desires allows one's spirit to be free and hidden with Christ, enables proper fellowship with others, and ensures appearing with Christ in glory. The flesh is never satisfied and will eventually lead to death if not denied, so believers should kill their flesh through self-denial before it kills them.

This document outlines 4 steps to living a life of integrity: 1) Know what you believe through studying scripture and having faith, 2) Trust what you believe even during difficult times with the assurance that God will strengthen you, 3) Live according to what you believe through acting with integrity and not conforming to worldly behaviors, 4) Share what you believe by telling others about God as Daniel shared his experiences with his friends. The overarching message is that having integrity involves deeply knowing, trusting, living by, and spreading your religious beliefs.
PCI stands for People's Church International. The document discusses what God is building through making disciples. A disciple is someone who loves others as Jesus loved, bears spiritual fruit, and obeys Jesus' teachings even if it requires sacrificing relationships or possessions. God is building the church by using broken sinners as building materials and equipping them through spiritual gifts to strengthen one another and spread the gospel message.
To have true sweetness in one's faith, one must: 1) consider Allah and his Apostle to be dearer than anything else, 2) love others for the sake of Allah alone, and 3) hate disbelief as much as being thrown into a fire.
What you didn’t know about the Prophet’s Mosque | Masjid-Al NabwiQuran School
The document discusses several lesser known facts about the Prophet's Mosque in Medina, including that it was the first place in the Arabian Peninsula to have electricity introduced by the Ottomans, the current mosque is over 100 times the size of the original built during the Prophet's time, and there was a fire centuries after the Prophet that destroyed much of the original mosque including the mimbar.
The document is a passage from Hebrews 10:32-39 from the New Revised Standard Version of the Bible. It encourages believers to have enduring faith like those before them who endured suffering and persecution yet maintained compassion for others. It warns not to lose confidence and faith, as those who endure and do God's will to the end will receive God's promised reward, while those who lose faith or shrink back will be lost.
The psalmist calls on God, the shepherd of Israel, to stir up his might and come to save Israel. He asks God to restore Israel and let his face shine on them so that they may be saved, as God has fed them tears and caused them to be scorned and laughed at by neighbors and enemies. The psalmist pleads for God to restore Israel once more and let his face shine for their salvation.
Jesus compares the people of his generation to children who cannot be pleased, whether John the Baptist came abstaining from food and drink or Jesus came eating and drinking. No matter what John or Jesus did, the people accused them of wrongdoing. Despite this, Jesus says that wisdom will be proven right by those who follow it.
1) God tells Moses and Aaron to separate from the congregation so that he may destroy them for their rebellion led by Korah, Dathan, and Abiram.
2) Moses warns the congregation to separate from the tents of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram or else they will be destroyed for their sins.
3) The ground opens up and swallows Korah, Dathan, Abiram and their families, demonstrating that God sent Moses and showing that they had defied God.
John the Baptist preaches to crowds coming for baptism, telling them to bear fruits worthy of repentance and share food and clothing with those in need. When asked what they should do, John tells tax collectors to collect only what is required and soldiers not to extort money through threats. John explains that while he baptizes with water, a more powerful figure is coming who will baptize with the Holy Spirit and fire, gathering the wheat into the granary but burning the chaff with unquenchable fire.
God warns that those who oppress the poor will be punished. The passage describes merchants exploiting the poor by manipulating weights and measures to overcharge for goods. God swears he will never forget the deeds of those who mistreat the vulnerable. On the day of reckoning, God will cause darkness at noon and turn celebrations to mourning for the mistreatment of the poor. A famine is coming not of bread or water but of hearing the word of God, as people wander seeking it but find nothing.
The document references Isaiah 35:3-7 and encourages those who are weak or fearful not to fear, as God will come to save them with vengeance against their enemies. It describes how God will open the eyes of the blind, unstop the ears of the deaf, allow the lame to leap like deer and the speechless to sing for joy. When God comes, the wilderness will have waters break forth and streams in the desert, with the burning sand becoming pools and thirsty ground becoming springs of water.
Five cities in Egypt will speak the language of Canaan and pledge allegiance to the Lord of hosts, including one called the City of the Sun. On that day, an altar to the Lord will be in the center of Egypt and a pillar to the Lord at its border, as a sign and witness to the Lord in Egypt. When Egypt cries out due to oppressors, the Lord will send a savior to defend and deliver them, and the Egyptians will know the Lord and worship him with sacrifice.

This document contains passages from the book of Malachi in the Old Testament. It discusses how God will purify the descendants of Levi like gold and silver. It warns against robbing God by not paying full tithes and offerings. It promises blessings of abundant harvests for those who faithfully give their tithes. For the faithful who revere God, it says God will listen to them and write their names in a book of remembrance, treating them as a special possession.
The psalmist cries out to God in a time of trouble, remembering God's past deeds and wonders. However, the psalmist questions whether God's favor and compassion have ceased. The psalmist meditates on God's holy way and mighty works, including parting the Red Sea, and declares that no god is as great as their God.
Jesus tells the crowds that no sign will be given to them except the sign of Jonah, referring to his death and resurrection. He says that just as Jonah was a sign to Nineveh, so too the Son of Man will be a sign to this generation. Jesus also says that both the queen of the South and the people of Nineveh will condemn this generation on judgment day for not believing in him, even though their wisdom and repentance came from lesser prophets than himself.
The passage is from Revelation 22:12-16 and discusses Jesus's imminent return. It states that Jesus will repay all according to their works and identifies himself as the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. It describes those who wash their robes as blessed and having access to the tree of life and city, while those outside are evildoers like sorcerers, fornicators, and idolaters. The passage closes with Jesus identifying himself as having sent the angel to deliver the testimony to the churches, and as the root and descendant of David and the bright morning star.
The passage describes signs that will precede the return of the Son of Man, including disturbances in nature and widespread fear. It tells people not to be weighed down by worries but to watch for these signs and have faith, as redemption is near. When the signs occur, the kingdom of God will be at hand, and this generation will witness all prophecies fulfilled before passing away.
The psalmist describes how the heavens declare the glory of God and spread knowledge throughout the earth without words. They have set the sun in the sky like a bridegroom, and its heat reaches everywhere. The laws and commands of God are perfect, sure, right, clear, pure, true, and more desirable than gold. By keeping God's commands, one finds great reward and protection from insolence.
God tells Ezekiel that he has broken Pharaoh's arm and will not allow it to heal, and that he will break both of Pharaoh's arms so that the sword will fall from his hand. God will scatter the Egyptians among the nations and strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, putting his sword in the king of Babylon's hand to use against Egypt so that Pharaoh and Egypt will know that God is Lord.

Is Agile dead? It depends on what you mean by 'Agile'. If you mean that the organizations are not getting the promised benefits because they were focusing too much on the team-level agile "ways of working" instead of systemic global improvements -- then we are in agreement. It is a misunderstanding of Agility that led us down a dead-end. At Org Topologies, we see bright sparks -- the signs of the 'second wave of Agile' as we call it. The emphasis is shifting towards both in-team and inter-team collaboration. Away from false dichotomies. Both: team autonomy and shared broad product ownership are required to sustain true result-oriented organizational agility. Org Topologies is a package offering a visual language plus thinking tools required to communicate org development direction and can be used to help design and then sustain org change aiming at higher organizational archetypes.

From Concept to reality : Implementing Lean Managements DMAIC Methodology for...Rokibul Hasan
The Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry in Bangladesh is a cornerstone of the economy, but increasing costs and stagnant productivity pose significant challenges to profitability. This study explores the implementation of Lean Management in the Sampling Section of RMG factories to enhance productivity. Drawing from a comprehensive literature review, theoretical framework, and action research methodology, the study identifies key areas for improvement and proposes solutions.
Through the DMAIC approach (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), the research identifies low productivity as the primary problem in the Sampling Section, with a PPH (Productivity per head) of only 4.0. Using Lean Management techniques such as 5S, Standardized work, PDCA/Kaizen, KANBAN, and Quick Changeover, the study addresses issues such as pre and post Quick Changeover (QCO) time, improper line balancing, and sudden plan changes.
The research employs regression analysis to test hypotheses, revealing a significant correlation between reducing QCO time and increasing productivity. With a regression equation of Y = -0.000501X + 6.72 and an R-squared value of 0.98, the study demonstrates a strong relationship between the independent variables (QCO downtime and improper line balancing downtime) and the dependent variable (productivity per head).
The findings suggest that by implementing Lean Management practices and addressing key productivity inhibitors, RMG factories can achieve substantial improvements in efficiency and profitability. The study provides valuable insights for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers seeking to enhance productivity in the RMG industry and similar manufacturing sectors.
