We understand that Client has identified preliminary scope to be included in Release 1 for your Mobile
application project. We recommend beginning with a brief and focused project scoping phase in July to
finalize and confirm project scope and high level architecture. This will enable Release 1 to begin

Scoping Phase
Per our project approach, we recommend beginning with a brief and focused
project scoping phase to finalize project scope for the Release 1. Following this
scoping phase any future modifications to project scope would go through change
control .
The scoping phase would achieve the following:
• Align project scope to business objectives
• Confirm measurements for project success
• Assess technical architecture options and confirm high level solution

Per your request, we have prepared a fixed fee estimate to support Client . As we understand that the
exact scope for Release 1 are to be determined after you choose your system integrator, we have
prepared a firm fixed proposal for assisting you with the scoping phase, and firm fixed proposals for
helping you with Release 1

We have identified the following assumptions upon which our estimates are based
1. Bytesflow is responsible for Technical Requirements, Design, Develop/Config and Integration.
2. Bytesflow will be responsible for deployment in all environments, Testing (in QA environment), and
training of personnel.
3. Client will be responsible for continuos operation of the application,including data upload and day to
day content updations
4. Yearly maintainence of the system will updated on mutual agreement terms.
