“My husband and I bought our first house in the spring of 2015. We are a young couple who, at
the time, didn’t know what to expect or where to start. Suzanne Vazzana isa great agent in all

We were alwayscomfortable telling her how we felt about the house, good or bad, and never felt
pressured. We were looking and putting offers on houses for approximately 4 months and she
was very patient the whole time. If the house in question wasn’t worth our money and time; for
example if it had a cracked slab, bad roof, or mold issue, she was honest with us from the start
