Terry runs a small accounting business. She primarily works on preparing tax documents for individuals and small businesses. One Fred and Elaine come to see her. They need their Federal taxes done. They ask Terry to put down their three nieces who are living in Canada as dependants. When Terry asks them what do they have to document that they have provided their nieces with %0% of their annual income, Fred and Elaine state that they have lost the receipts for the money orders. When Terry asks them to please get companies at the receipts for the Currency Exchange where they bought the money orders, Fred and Elaine tell Terry that if she does not put down the three nieces as dependants, they will go elsewhere. Terry does not want to lose the business. She knows that the chances of "getting caught" are very small. Fred and Elaine have stated that they are "willing" to take the risk of getting caught..
