Summary of experience and professional achievements.
My management experience in running manufacturing sites and being accountable for the profit
generation, the safety of human and material resources and site.
I have spent a good period of time in the manufacturing industry at both middle and senior management
levels for over 15 years.
I hold an MBA in business management, BSc in chemistry, Diploma in Accountancy and have over the
years being through a fair and amount of training in a number of business skills from reputable training
institutions.
The skills and knowledge acquired enabled be me to participate in the running of organizations at middle
and senior management, ultimately impacting the same knowledge to the employees and subordinates
in the same organizations.
I have been instrumental in the implementation of succession plans enabling the continued and smooth
running of operations by the trained employees who take over positions when others separate from the
organizations.
I have participated plant upgrades, process redesigns, supervision of contractors during plant /equipment
repairs and installation of new plants.
I successfully merged the operations of two manufacturing plants which were located over 400+ Kms
apart into one unit in one location and the results a resounding success in terms of cost savings,
profitability, clients’ satisfaction and deployment of employees with NO PUSH BACK from the labour
departments or unions.

2. I have successfully on year-ends planned for shut downs and still meet the product demand by sales and
marketing team by engaging the sales and marketing / customers to forecast the demands and aligned
the same data with the raw material requirements.
I am a hands-on worker liking for verifying the QC & QA activities in-plant, on final products and in the
field with clients. Resolving technical issues relating to factory - failure and or customer in-correct use or
application of the product or services.
Then most important the responsibility for ensuring that the safety culture on sites and operational areas
