Responsible for project management of enterprise labor benefit platform for union negotiations opener with
cross-functional labor team, management of $500 million healthcare plan, benefit initiatives and development of
analysis, metrics, and trends for benefits related data.
    •   Reduced healthcare costs by $100 million as a result of benefit initiatives and negotiations, instrumental
        in successfully managing trend at 2 – 3 points below WSJ average.
    •   Developed, directed, and implemented new robust reporting and forecasting tools for $825 million
        medical, dental, disability, life/AD&D and defined contribution programs. Designed and implemented
        Excel-based costing model used for $500 million active healthcare plan.

    •   Led internal and external audit efforts for SOX compliance to ensure the integrity of internal controls
