1. Term 3 Project Description
Grade 11,ESS- 2023-24
Project objective:Its belief that everyone has the potential to lead,
“Leader in Me”.It’s a framework that nurtures student leadership,fosters a
culture of trust, and boosts academic success.
Instructions
1. In this students will learn about 7 habits. The habits as follows:
a.Be Proactive
b.Begin with the end in mind
c.Put First things First
d.Think Win-Win
e.Seek first to understand, then to be understood
f. Synergize
g.Sharpen the saw
2. This project will be a group/individual project and each group/individual
will work on the same topic.
3. There will be a questionnaire based on each habit. Students will write
the project work behind the C.W. notebook/A4 plain paper. It depends
upon the topic.
4. Once students finish writing the topic later they share in the class and
discuss with the teacher. The marks criteria will be
listening,writing,speaking,punctuality, behavior. This project will be your
own experiences which you see in the school.
5. As we are getting two classes in a week so this project will be during
the 2nd class of ESS. Once it's done you have to upload in the Google
classroom. You are going to be graded during the class where the
teacher is going to share the link.
2. 6. Project work marks is 20, attendance is compulsory and it covers 10%
of your final grade.
