GROUPS ARE CLUSTERS OF EMPLOYEES UNDER ANY GIVEN CRITERIA, BE IT: THE DEPARTMENT THEY ORIGINATE FROM, A PROJECT, COMMON INTERESTS ETC. EACH USER BELONGS TO A MAIN GROUP - THE  DEPARTMENT WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION’S STRUCTURE - BUT THEY CAN BELONG TO OTHER  GROUPS TOO, GIVEN THE APPLICATION'S TOTAL FLEXIBILITY. THE TOTAL NUMBER OF GROUPS AS WELL AS THEIR MEMBERS IS UNLIMITED. GROUPS
THE MANAGER IS IN CHARGE OF EVALUATING, REJECTING AND IMPLEMENTING IDEAS. FOR EACH GROUP THERE IS A MANAGER  IN CHARGE OF RUNNING IT AND EVALUATING THE IDEAS SET WITHIN IT. THE MANAGER EVALUATES EACH IDEA, TAKING NOTE OF: PROS AND CONS IMPLEMENTATION COSTS PROFITABILITY FEASIBILTY RELEVANCE AND PRIORITY GLOBAL APPRECIATION THE MANAGER WILL ALSO ASK TO MOVE THE IDEAS INTO OTHER GROUPS WHEREIN THESE WILL BE BETTER EVALUATED AND IMPLEMENTED. MANAGER
THE APPLICATION ENABLES TO KEEP UP TO DATE  WITH IMPLEMENTED IDEAS IN ORDER TO HAVE A  GRASP OF  REAL  GAINS THE FOLLOW-UP WILL BE KEPT BY WHOM THE MANAGER DESIGNATES TO. ALL INPUT DATA WILL PROVIDE FOR MONITORING THE PROFITABILITY OF IMPLEMENTED IDEAS. FOLLOW-UP
