Role Play / Discussion
I‘m often teased by the colleagues from our quality
controldepartment. I feel that they don‘t respect me as a
full co-worker and that they don‘t appreciate my work. The
age seems to be a big issue too as they work for Teekanne
for more than 20 years. Last week, when I had to taste the
claimed peaches (accompanied by a supervisor), they asked
the supervisor (in my absence later) why it‘s an intern who
comes and does this important work. My colleague told me
about this conversation and told me that I should react
immediately when they say something humbling the next
time as this wasn‘t the first time.

But what should I tell them not to become more attacked
in the next 3 months?
