4. A global citizen is a person who identifies with
being part of an emerging world community and
whose actions contribute to building this
community's values and practices. They are
individuals who see themselves as part of an
emerging world community and are committed to
helping build this community's values and
practices.

A digital citizen is someone who uses the
internet regularly and effectively. In other
words, it's about being responsible,
respectful, and knowledgeable when we are
online.
