There are several approaches to technological resurrection classified from most to least plausible: 1. Preparing while alive through cryonics, plastination, or digital immortality scanning which could allow future reconstruction of one's personality. 2. Future superintelligence may be able to reconstruct people not prepared through quantum archaeology or other means, though current technology is limited. 3. New discoveries in physics could enable retrieving information through phenomena like wormholes, time travel, or discovering we live in a simulation. 4. Other less likely approaches include partial reconstruction based on relatives' expectations, "quantum immortality" improving cryonics chances, or transformative resurrection into a symbol or qualia rather than a person
