Using TeamLink for Introductions
Get an introduction to your top prospects
What is TeamLink?
TeamLink helps you find the strongest path to someone you’d like to meet by
showing you the best routes to an introduction. Those routes can be through
your direct connections and through people on your sales team, even if you
aren’t directly connected. That means TeamLink harnesses the power of your
entire sales team’s network. Plus, your network grows automatically when your
sales team does.
What does the TeamLink badge mean?
When you see a member’s photo with a TeamLink badge that indicates that
this member is connected to at least one other member who you could ask for
an introduction from. The member could either be one of your 1
st
-degree
connections or someone on your sales team.
Narrow your search results using the
TeamLink Connections filter
By enabling the TeamLink Connections filter
in search, you can instantly narrow down your
lead list to only those you have an introduction
path to.
Viewing TeamLink from a member’s
profile
When you view a profile, TeamLink identifies
and shows you the people you can ask for
an introduction from. In between you and the
introducer are details of how you’re
connected—in this case TeamLink. In
between the introducer and the member are
details of how they’re connected. It is
important to refer to this information in your
request to increase your chances of getting
the introduction.
Viewing TeamLink from an account’s page
The TeamLink connections tab on an account’s page will list any members
who work at that company and are connected to someone on your team, so
you can reach out to your teammate for an introduction and start building
relationships at the account.
