The team aims to create a mobile app to help Tucson water users conserve water and lower their bills. Drew, Ashley, Justin, and Aden will fill various roles, with Drew as the final decision maker. They will communicate primarily through group texts and emails. Their goals are to develop a fully functional app that helps conserve thousands of gallons annually and centralizes conservation information and incentives.

Group or individual emails for more in­depth questions regarding things like page layout/design,

Decision making​: When new ideas arise that require a decision to be made, we will talk
through the decision as a group in order to implement the best possible decision, but Drew will
have the final say in all decisions.
Conflict Resolution​: Try to talk through conflicts as well as possible to reach a
compromise ­­ if no compromise can be reached, Drew will have the final say in how we resolve
conflicts.
