This document describes a cooperative (co-op) multi-level marketing (MLM) team model. The co-op takes the first position in an MLM company to oversee members. Profits from the co-op's positions are shared equally among members after expenses. New members are placed in open matrix spots to maximize payouts. The co-op takes every hundredth position, and shares those earnings twice a year among active members. There are no costs to join the co-op team.
