A team building activity was held for a management group of 16 with Tonkin Consulting in Adelaide. Participants learned how to play African drums and rhythms in small groups before coming together to play as a whole. The activity highlighted how individual roles and consistent rhythms are important for a cohesive team, and allowed some members to showcase their skills while being supported by others. It was deemed a creative and successful team building exercise that improved the group's skills over time.
