With the rise of team building companies, team building challenges have become more popular and diverse. While the idea of challenges for team building dates back to the early 20th century, it is the 21st century that has brought team building to the forefront. appropriate that joining together in a
challenge/contest/game could precede the joining

5. I'm not trying to state that people cottoned on to the
potential of team building challenges from a dictionary -
but the coincidental evidence is rather remarkable.

effectiveness and productivity. No longer merely focusing
on the need for better interaction between peers and
colleagues, they also allow for an outlet of social
involvement, reflecting more on team attitudes and
progress.

working group to accomplish something TOGETHER. The
shared sense of achievement alleviates team
morale, spirits and pushes the collective forward.

hour or one session - its outcomes need to last much
longer than that.
